I get the relentless pennedupness of being in constant pain and feeling hemmed in by your physical limitations. But look at what you’ve just done - you’ve hosted and cared for your mother for weeks after major surgery! Some of feeling exhausted, tired, weak etc is partly because you are still recovering from that generous and kind hearted act.
Like many of us, you find winter hard, and this one has gone on and on and on … 🙄😂 But the end is in sight. The clock change is coming and there should be some sunshine 🌞 and warm weather coming soon too. Hang on in there hun, and in the meantime I’m sending you supportive and honouring of your strength, hugs xKK

Yesterday was a day of two half’s. Went to the dentist. Struggle to get in building with the walker. Someone came to help. When coming out came out another entrance. Chatting with the dentist as you do and then badumph. Couldn’t get up. Two people came to help and a car stopped. Dire.
Later on was woman’s group and I was determined to go. Off I toddle feeling very wobbly but it was worth it as the sound bath was superb. Food for the weary soul.
