    My sister always says no one is lucky. They make it happen - you are a great friend and therefore your friends mirror this back to you.

    She is of the firm opinion no one is lucky - they might get opportunities but they have a choice to see them or not and to grasp them or not. Lottery wins however she would count as luck or chance and for that reason refuses to buy a ticket!)

    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

    Well done for going back to the yoga and as for the ‘could have had a better week’ - you’re still getting into the routines and rhythms of what you need to do to lose weight. Better slow and steady than try and do everything at once, feel overwhelmed and give up 😊

    - OPs to mortgage = £18,925 Estd. interest saved = £9,670 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
