- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £216,847
- OPs to mortgage = £18,925 Estd. interest saved = £9,670 to date
c. 16 months reduction in term
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030
Read 31 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 7th May.
Produce tracker: £108 of £400 in 2026

I was expecting a loss but not that much TBH. I hadent increased my water as much as I needed. Nor as much fruit & veg. However I did cut out most of the crap.

Excelllent work beanie! I'm six months in to SW and have only lost 11lbs (all in the last 12 weeks though - definitely got my head in the game more now). Pleased with myself though- it's been going on the wrong direction for several years now. Onwards and downwards 😊 my weigh in day is Saturday 😊 Glad chair yoga was better this week too x
