As at 21.05.26:
- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £215,607
- OPs to mortgage = £18,925 Estd. interest saved = £9,670 to date
c. 16 months reduction in term
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030
Read 38 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 2nd June.

Have another PJ day tomorrow. I know you're unfortunately more used to it than most but your body and mind have still had a shock, and it's not like they don't have enough extra to deal with as your normal baseline!
Make it a nice thing to heal, is there a candle you can light, a book or telly binge watch you've been looking forward to you can indulge in, nice drinks and food you can easily have ready to enjoy?

I think the whole episode has shaken me up far far more than I expected. The whole not being able to get up unaided. The traffic. I think your adrenaline takes over and then you hit the wall.
