Haven’t been feeling great. Just so tired.
Tomorrow I’m going to go with my friend whose husband has just gone into the care home for her first visit to the local day centre. 38 years since we moved here so much younger & full of optimism. Certainly didn’t see this coming.

Not a good day today. I fell in the high street earlier and it was pretty awful. Some people came to help & someone stopped the traffic.
