    Beanie, the number of falls you have (and their severity?) seems so high now :( I'm really sorry it's that bad.  Completely understand the knock in confidence too: do you use anything to help you around the house?  I do remember age-related frailties for my auntie, (well, age and a pacemaker) she started using a stick around the house, and on the increasingly rare occasions she went out of the house she used a wheeled walker.  Balance issues, really.  Do you have anything like that?  I feel you've probably answered that question a million times before, apologies - but it just sounds awful to have you fall so frequently.
