Ahh sorry things are rough Beanie - is there any form of physio you can do that might help reduce the falling? It's awful that you're spending so much time feeling sore from it.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

I pay for private physio every week @EssexHebridean & do exercises.
One of the reasons I am always skint & am so worried about tyhe energy increases.
The media would have you believe we are all scroungers.
My benefits dont cover my physio & decent shoes.
I can barely walk & if I do too much for me which is barely anything I fall.
I am in pain most of the time.
I sit at a desk a couple of times a week at the FB & that is my social life in the main.

I feel like you and I always go like this in Winter - it is hard to keep going in the dark.
You have made yourself a lovely home and have a fantastic son, so many friends and your lovely cat. I know it is grim now, for me it is the realisation that it is just getting darker and colder and I am so tired. This will pass. It will.
I am going to try yoga again. I did like it before and that might help. I think routine is key for me in these days. Just keep posting here Beanie, your words help all of us and maybe we can help you too XXXXXX
Nevertheless she persisted.9 -
Also sorry to hear it and sending more hugs xo

Buffy nails it with that second sentence. And yes, also agree that the time of year probably doesn't help, it IS gloomy isn't it.

Sorry about how tough things are at the moment. I echo what everyone else says xxx"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee3
