I don't have any suggestions or advice to add. Just want to say that I really struggle with the cold too (blood thinners) so I completely sympathise with you. I dread winter every year and summer is rarely warm enough for me. My Dad is the only other person I know who feels the cold like me. Everyone else is always far too hot and complain about it so vocally that I always feel like I have to shiver in silence. Sending warming, cozy hugs your way (and to @Sun_Addict)

I was vaguely aware they existed, but had never looked into them until the other day when they appeared in an article I was reading. I'm really tempted to try one myself, they look really interesting."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". My MH is really dipping.
I could sleep for Scotland.
It is a combination of the time of year & being able to do less every month & the falling.
I am falling every two or three days & as I get older I take longer & longer to heal each time.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. Oh Beanie, I hate this time of year, I am sorry, it is so depressing. Can you see the doctor and ask if there is anything you can try? I am sure you have done it all, you never know tho maybe a different doctor might have a new idea?
Keeping warm is so important. Although central heating is expensive you have more control over it, only turning heaters on in the rooms you use. I don't know what to do about mum she is always cold.
Sending you love Beanie XXXXNevertheless she persisted.6 -
Sorry to hear things are tough. I also hate the dark dreary days.
Big hugs from me xx

I’m so sorry things are so tough Beanie. I know you tried one of those SAD lights a couple of years back….can’t remember if it made any difference or not.
