I saw someone asked about Ebay earlier.

You need to check the date on the message you received via Ebay if they have filed an item not received case.

You need to refund by the date mentioned in there otherwise if the buyer escalates it to Ebay and you don't have any tracking details to confirm delivery they refund the buyer immediately from your funds BUT you still end up paying the final value fees etc.

So it's best to refund via the link in the case BEFORE Ebay do it for you and you're more out of pocket.

I send the buyer a message before the date is up asking if they have checked at the sorting office and then I tell them if it hasn't arrived I will print off their response showing them saying in Black & White so to speak that they haven't received said item,it sometimes puts them off.

If they still maintain they haven't got it,when you do file a claim with RM it's a good idea to print it off anyway & send it with the claim as sometimes they do contact the buyer and ask them about the missing item & they never reply to RM,so it seems to avoid them contacting the buyer if you print their comments off as well.

Sorry that was so long winded!

Been at the new allotment all day putting up a new shed. MG got it off ebay but today was the first chance we had to sort it out. I took the felt off the roof without losing any nails :D

It's got new felt on the roof and has been painted :) the felt had been in the shed since MG got made redundant 2.5 years ago amd the paint was the free stuff that ronseal sent after crap paint-gate

Come home and have a big fat cup of tea and a square sausage sandwich :D

    Hello LS:D
Thats terrible:eek: hope you get it sorted
    Are you feelng ok now?

No change on the bladder front, still very limited hours at work. Not likely to have my bladder removal til next summer, so got a while to wait. I can deal with being uncomfortable etc and manage it the best I can, but it gets annoying - I left work the other day at 1pm having just been to the loo, went and got diesel at WF then went into Lidl as there was something I wanted (that ended up not being in stock) and half way round the shop I had to give up as I was absolutely desperate for the loo and in a lot of pain, so had to drive home. The whole thing is very frustrating.

How are you getting on back at work? We must meet up for a cuppa soon if you're still up for it? Would be lovely to meet you.

when my 2 grandaughters were around 8 and 9 we told them we were going to Paris Disney by air. After about 3/4 hours the eldest one asked one of the cabin crew 'how long before we get to Paris ?' You can just imagine what happened next !

Funnily enough when we took the kids to Florida we just told them we were going on a quick plain ride, when we got there our son just wanted to spend all his time in the pool, didn't want to go to Disney, until we dragged him there!!
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare
