Apologies I should've said this was from my one experience of when i had to submit a claim to RM for a lost item (over a year ago) - I'd bought item from Amazon marketplace - but returned to seller - who said it never arrived - so I raised claim with RM and when I had to chase it up via phone they said they'd not had the confirmation back from the recipient - so I had to contact that person again (all done over Amazon message exchange) and chase them up to complete this (I don't know if the seller had to confirm by snail mail or email) - and I eventually got my refund which was for about £12.
I hope the system now is not as laborious as I felt it was for me

Good days shopping today:

Went to M&S, got their three for a tenner meat, some fishcakes and treated us to some cakes. I used the vouchers I bought from Groupon, so paid 60p cash for the whole lot :j

Next was A where I wombled a receipt and got a £2.65 APG off it. My shop was £31.29 before savings. It took off £16.27 for the JF items, so £20.93 to pay, but I used APGs from the other week so my total to pay was £4.66 :j I should get a £12 APG back on it thanks to more JF, making the stuff I bought for the local foodbank free

I think I'm starting to get the hang of this!

They are comparing to Tesco spring force 4 pack.
