UU a small bottle of decanted shampoo. This is just a random rhubarb scented shampoo that I picked up a 5 litre bottle of at a beauty cash and carry type place a few years ago! I have a few more little bottles of this still to use up, but thankfully they're slowly going...
  • If you have surplus hair conditioner because you use more shampoo than conditioner and they sell them in the same sizes, you can use it for shaving, so there'll be no need to buy a special product for a while.

Naughty step once again for moi. Treated myself to a Jo Malone Dark Amber and Ginger Lily dry body oil. Like I need any more body oils/moisturisers. And certainly not one that cost the best part of 50 quid :o

    Somebody slap my wrists!!!

Bought is to buy. Brought is to bring.
  • Picked up Palmers Olive shower gel and a couple of body oil sachet samples with a feelunique order of christmas pressies...

Hope you have all had a good weekend. I have been rather productive, I bought a cupboard on ebay on Friday and have stripped it, French polished it and lined it with a puzzle magazine and I am really happy with the finish. I am currently participating in a furniture restoration evening class. I have not even managed to order anything.:T

    UU's
Puffy the eye bag slayer WNBA think these were from a beauty box, they are okay but nothing special.

Étude house blending sleeping cream WNBA from memebox, only a one use thing.

I seem to have a lot of splutterers but the question is will I use them up before December. I am hoping for atleast 10 by the end of the month.

UU – Tresemme – Split Remedy
WBA but I have enough stuff to last me a while!

UU – Sanctuary Spa – Resurface and Refine Ultra Polish
WDBA seeing as I already have 2 spares :P

Not much else seems to be even going down!
New to this money saving lark. Any tips greatly received.

I popped into Boots yesterday and saw the Champneys 1/2 price spa set, the case is very pretty, I made sure DH knew I did not want it under any circumstances.

:rotfl: This made me giggle dolly, that's the kind of thing I do. The case is very pretty, though I have to remind myself that the case which came with last year's set (the same I think, but in white) has never seen the light of day! I might see if any remain by the time of the 70% sale as I do like the products.

Our weekend was marred by our remaining guinea pig dying on Friday (her companion died a month ago, very unexpectedly - though both were very old ladies and had health problems from birth - they were rescues). I'm heartbroken and keep starting to call her name as I walk into our living room before I remember :(

    I have two UUs:

15/279. No7 Beautiful Skin Day Cream 25ml - WNBA, this came in a sale set which was bought for other items. It was ok at first, as I used it for post-gym, however over the past week I have been using this as my daily cream and it has left my skin a bit congested. Too rich for my combination skin.

16/280. Sanctuary Relax Coccooning Body Butter 100ml - WDBA, adore this! Replaced with same.

Blimey that is expensive. I went into a Jo Malone shop in York I think to try some of the perfumes and was completely stunned by the price of them, there is no way I will be buying any of them.

    I have two uu

Philosophy Hope in a Jar 20ml - Good Riddance, just one more to go now.

Aldi Muscle Soak Bubble Bath - this did the job and smelt OK but it was just so ordinary so WNBA.

  • Morning ladies, another UU bit the dust last night during my Sunday evening pamper:

Lush So White shower gel 250g - WNBA, the scent is fine in a bath bomb but when in a shower gel it was a bit too much for me. Now I'm on to my hot toddy which just smells amazing and reminds me of another lush shower gel that used to smell of cinnamon (the name will come to me at some point!)

Have come to work and realised that I've put a tad too much blush on this morning on one cheek (the woe's of getting ready in the dark). Usually this wouldn't be a problem since I live in the basement, but today we have an event that I'm expected to go to. Will just try and hide it with my hair and blame it on the heating!
