we flew july 2014 with jet2.com and were delayed 5 hours going out to Malaga from Manchester and similar on our return journey. We have written to jet2 4 weeks ago and they say it was another persons fault ie a company called Titan whom they hired our flight from so extraordinary circumstances say they do not have to give us anything and that's the end of that. Its a longer story but basically because they used Titan then jet2 are not responsible. Someone please tell me what I do as I have had a solicitor saying we will win but have to pay them 27% plus vat of whatever we win???? Thanks guys
