Sorry for podging like that and grabbing a space for the challenges...
I haven't achieved much today except transfer all birthdays and dates already booked for 2015 into my new diary, visit my friend in hospital and cook two meals. Tonight I feel exhausted and fell asleep while watching TV. I hope I'm not about to start a migraine, as I'm due to do my voluntary job tomorrow. Off to bed now. Will post the challenges when I can.
Hope everyone has a good week x0 -

That sounds like a lot done to me! Writing in a new year's diary is one of my very favorite things in the world (self confessed stationary geek!). Hope you get a good sleep and the migrane holds off. I read about a study recently that suggested meditation can really help with migrane, and I tried it last time I felt one coming on - did seem to make it less worse than usual. Hope you manage to avoid one this time. x0 -

Click on the blue FB Flyady link in Natty's post (quoted below) and request to join. Either post your real initials here or PM myself or Pigpen with your real name and one of us will add you. (not sure who else can add people or if all members can add others). Or PM me your email and I'll send you an invite.
I will also be posting over on the FB Flylady MSE thread details about this year’s Christmas Card Exchange if anyone wants to join in."There's only one way of life and that's your own" - Levellers

Yikes, living on toast is not a good idea sweetie, even if you are losing weight on it.. You do need to eat something more substantial than that. I hope you start to feel better soon and have an appetite again.
I have no choice it is all we had.. the children and man beast were fed food.. it was just me.SAHMwannabe wrote: »['m in again this week, last week was a bit of a disaster for me with a poorly clingy baby amongst other things. I also made the mistake last week of trying to do the whole list every day, I know I know, I have read all the advice so I've proved you all right
So this week I'm sticking with my usual dailies and just doing the 15 minute task each day
Tomorrow is also weigh day for chunk! First since we started weaning so will be interested to see if we've had a spurt :T
It is very common to lose a bit of weight at the start of weaning as milk is higher in calories than baby slop..
the flylady group is a secret group you need to be added by an admin.. so you need to be a friend of someone else in the group.. we had loads of crazies spamming.. I REALLY need to get back into this! My house is a bit of a tip after having a crohn's flare up. I've kinda kept on top of the kitchen and bathroom/toilet but my washing pile and living room are horrendous!
Hoping the fly lady's can help me through this week.

I'm in again thanks Natty and Dusty
Not a lot planned today. Need to get my head in the right place to start eating healthy again and lose a bit more weight. If weather all right will get out for a walk.
Need to sort out what Xmas presents I've got. We have two extra little ones in the family this year. I've been getting bits and pieces.0 -
Morning all. Thanks for the list Natty, glad you are on the up and full of enthusiasm. I will be in for part of the week again, going to do a little in each room, time permitting before the paid stuff today.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
