Thanks Finallydebtfree2017. Writing down everything on here helps me understand why I spend money and be organised though I need to work on sticking to the budgets.
Like the other day on clothes. Rents have agreed to buy the jumper for Christmas for me. Blouse is too tight on my back (never had that happen to me before) so that's going back. Another top I'm going to keep it but I know I probably won't wear it much over the next 6 months as its short sleeved. I bought 2 dresses for work I'm not sure whether to return em. I'll have to try em on again before I decide.
Birthday was quiet. Spent the evening with parents. They were tired as mum works the early shift on Sat and Dad insists on driving her in. Out with them tomorrow for a meal to avoid the trick or treaters!
Well I had a look at my bank account and bravely paid off one of the smallest c/c £170. Give it a week to clear and then cancel the card.
Challenge for the next two weeks live off what's left in my account. Need to do a shop and hopefully won't spend more than £40 for the two weeks. Petrol probably another £40 need elec and gas just need to check the meters before I can budget for that.16/10/2016 £9176.11 paid off 13/01/2017

Had a spend day today. bought a vase for £1.99 from one of those bargain stores as the one I have seems to have sprung a leak. Then went to Mr M to get my daily fizzy fix. I think I have a addiction to the well known diet cola brand and need to cut it out somehow. I couldn't give you an exact amount of how much I spend each week on cans for work and bottles for home. I'm guessing it's a couple of tenners! Madness!
so i'm thinking of going to Mr L tomorrow and get their much cheaper version which I do like and buy some juice for work. Hopefully I can try and wean myself off it - again. Whilst I'm there try and have a good look and see if I can get what's on my list. I normally shop at Mr M's as I work for them part time and get 10% staff discount.
see what happens.16/10/2016 £9176.11 paid off 13/01/2017

It's been a busy day. Bit spendie tbh.
Went to pick up my prescription from the Dr's where I use to live. Not had chance to register with a Dr's here ( yeah I know I've had a week off!) went to the local outlet store and bought two small purses for £10 to keep my food budget and petrol budget seperate.
Then went to get petrol (blimey when did that shoot up in price?) and decided to give my car a jet wash for £4. Car still dirty!
Then went to Mr L and spent £10. 6 bottles of cola, potatoes, cheese, ham, 2 big bags of crisps and some duster type thing. Had the ham earlier looks slimey. Wasn't impressed.
Then I drove to the other side of where I live and got a refund of all the clothes except the jumper I bought last week. It felt good. Guilt gone! Nearby there was a Mr Al di walked in and walked straight back out again. It was heaving. Went to argus and bought a load of storage boxes. I have a cupboard under the stairs. The stairs is next door and that's where it leads to the other flats in the house. It stinks - I bought a cheap box thing with crystals that takes water out of the air. First few weeks dry. Looked the other day full of water. Not sure how - it's an internal wall! So I'm gonna have to move everything out, put the electric dehumidifier in and try and dry it out, put stuff in storage bags and put em in the plastic boxes. So that's my job tomorrow.
Gone off pist again! The boxes were paid on my card. I'll leave it a few days before checking account! But seriously need to stop spending and start budgeting. I should be alright now til the weekend.16/10/2016 £9176.11 paid off 13/01/2017

The cupboard under the stairs must be the tidiest part of the flat! Still loads to do - mainly the living room and bedroom to sort out. No idea I had that much stuff! Well I don't needs towels, tea towels, bedding, pillows, duvets for a good few years so they've been put into storage bags sucked the life out of the bags and bunged them into storage boxes!
NSD today. Still haven't looked at my bank account but I will do it on Saturday. I don't think I need anything for a few days so hopefully more NSD's. Loads in the cupboard so I won't starve!
Hit my first target on SB and I'm now in bed dreading going back to work after a week off. Least it's only two days til the weekend! Plus I still have another week off from my second job. But it has been nice having time off and lots of time to myself. Nite nite.16/10/2016 £9176.11 paid off 13/01/2017

Well I've managed to pay off £347.87 this week. :j:j:j Still a long way to go (£8652.34) but I'm so determined!
Trying all the shops own brand cola. not missing the expensive stuff. Looks like I'll be eating potatoes all week. The joys of living on your own - fresh food has to be eaten before its no good. So I had homemade chips with half a tin of beans and sausage (Mr t value brand). Mash and the rest of the tin tomorrow?
Did do a little shop this morning but forgot a few things  so need to do another shop in the next few days. I've budgeted for £20 this week and spent £7.47 this morning.
The week ahead is back to normal work wise! Deadlines to meet this week.
Hope you're all enjoying the fireworks if you're brave enough to go out in the cold. I'm staying in!16/10/2016 £9176.11 paid off 13/01/2017

I've not bothered this time with HR as it'll be his word against mine. But will look to take someone in with me next time I need to speak to him.
I've had an arranged telephone call with Occupational Health this morning to try and see how I can get back to work. Told the Dr everything including the name calling and that I don't feel like I can speak to him. He asked me would I like him to included this in his report to HR - I said yes please.
Not in the union either. Have got a form to join but it's been a couple of weeks now since it happened. I just want all this to go away or have a little as possible to do with him.
Hi I haven't read the whole thread, I'm an HR Manager, and on the face of it, it sounds like you have a good case there. If you have been off with mental health issues and the company hasn't done anything and continue to expose you to that risk and you've had to go off sick again. They have a duty of care to not continue to expose you to this risk. It doesn't matter that your not in a union, make a note if you can of dates and times, your sick notes are evidence too, then call ACAS http://www.acas.org.uk/index.aspx?articleid=2042 it's a free employment advice service. See what they think about putting in a tribunal claim. They may put you in touch with a conciliation advisor who can meditate on your behalf. Don't put up with this behaviour, if this manager is a nightmare, HR should be taking action to sort it out.Competition wins £14,136.30[\COLOR]0 -
Thank you LuckyPenny but this did happen two years ago! Moved on to a better job now though temporary I hope they do keep me on.
Where has this week gone?
Monday - had awful migraine so I was in bed all day. Because I slept for most of the day and now felt better I couldn't sleep that night so I ended up creating spreadsheets. Decided that job no 2 wages will be paying off one of my loans. Hopefully paid off by mid Jan. Grocery budget as I work for Mr M I get a staff discount so I should do all my shopping there. Just check what's going through the tills, see if there are any good offers plus I can use their website to ensure I come under budget. Another spreadsheet to note down how much Gas and Electricity I'm using per week. Thankfully I'm on a meter so there will be no nasty surprises. My brain wouldn't shut up and only got 2 hrs sleep before going to work.
Tuesday - had meeting with my supervisor which I had asked for before I went on annual leave just to discuss how I was doing and to plan extra training. As one the team members is due to go onto maternity leave in the new year I've been asked to cover. Definitely be there for another 9-12 months.
Wednesday - what happened Wednesday? work!
Thursday- work and job no 2! Was busy. Christmas rota has been done and oh joy no extra hours! No extra hrs this week or next week. Frustrating as I'd hoped I would get an extra hour or two per week on a Sat. Might change But working til the end Christmas Eve.
Today - slept through my alarm! Thankfully we are on flexi but there was a deadline today but we were ahead just a few last minutes changes to include.
Weekend - work tomorrow and a list as long as my arm of jobs needing doing around the flat.
Not much paying off the debts been done this week. Just little bits from swagbugs and Tillytidies so will update that progress tomorrow.
Off to bed now. Hope everyone's doing ok.16/10/2016 £9176.11 paid off 13/01/2017

Oh well that's a begger! One of my c/c has gone up with the interest payment so that's increased my debt to £8673.15. It was £8652.34 last week. so thats swallowed up the little payment I had made. Oh well.
Ed Balls on strictly has cheered me up no end! Haha!
I managed to keep to my shopping list and bought some items that were cheaper on my list so managed to save a couple of quid! I remembered to pick up my free bar of chocolate! Nom nom! That's £4.24 left from the £20 to last me until next Saturday. Don't think I need anything else.
Didn't spend all the allocated money for petrol this week. So I will leave that in the petrol purse.
Payday Tuesday. Recommence with the debt busting again yey!
Just gonna relax now with what is left with the weekend!16/10/2016 £9176.11 paid off 13/01/2017
