Hello Everyone
Sorry I haven't updated in a bit. I have been distracted with work and home life. Had my hair cut short over the weekend and so did Mr O. Could not believe the price. The lady was recommended by a work colleague and came round on Saturday. Normally my haircut costs me around £30 which is why I only have it done once a year if that. Mr O's last cut cost £10. So as she was a mobile hairdresser, I expected £30 for the two of us.. She charged us £15!! I gave her a £5 tip because she was awesome. Still a bargain and so happy with my new short hair.
Finances haven't been as good as I hoped and my credit card has gone up. Not sure I am in a position at the moment to be able to reduce so I think my goal this month is to keep it from increasing too much. I am also considering getting a Sainsbury's CC which has 0% interest on balance transfers for 40months. That would enable me to reduce the debt interest free. Just need to work out what by barclaycard account number is.
I'm a bit concerned as I haven't had any surveys on PA for ages. Income has stalled considerably there. Need to check out what day in October I need to sort out my car tax, insurance and MOT. Will have to hunt out the paperwork.
Once the holiday is over, Mr O and I are intending on hibernating for the winter so it will only be the car bills and a few Christmas presents to worry about. I think we have everything we need for the winter, at least I hope so!
Anyway, hope you are all doing ok.

Helllooooo friends!
Sorry for the absence but I have been in a tent for the last week! Pure bliss! Just me, Mr O and the elements. It was very relaxing. Shame we had to come home really. I well and truly have the Monday blues!
So, I have started Slimming World today with the hopes of losing 2 stone by Christmas! Mr O and I are swimming weekly so hopefully that will help. I am even drinking green tea! Day one isn't so bad, just takes time to get used to it. Really need to lose the lbs and gain the £s!
Wish me luck!

I had a lovely holiday but my goodness work is stressful this week!
I am sure my credit card has raised again! (I'm not looking yet). However! I have not given up. Mr O and I have given up takeaways until Christmas in order to try and reduce our spends and also Mr O is joining me on my SW journey!
We are swimming once a week which is good and just working towards a better lifestyle and healthier living! (I sound like an ad!)
Sorry for the quick update, but got to get back to it before I collapse!
Have a good one lovelies

Hello Folks
Soooo I have done rubbish this month. My weight goal wasn't tracked, neither were my NSDs and my extra income came from a car boot sale this weekend and I earned £40. My credit card has also increased massively not helped by a huge lump of interest. This is not good.
Soooo... I decided to apply for a Tesco 0% interest credit card with the hopes I can transfer my balance and pay it off without the continued added interest. I am waiting to hear back as to whether they have accepted me or not. I really hope they do. Ideally they will give me the 0% offer for 40 months.
Mr O and I have both started slimming world and although I keep forgetting to weigh, it hasn't been too bad. I hope that when I weigh tomorrow I will see some difference from when I last weighed. We are still going swimming on a Tuesday which is good for both of us.
Right, further updates to follow. Still struggling with time management as well... Good grief I am a mess!
Happy Saving/Debt Busting..
