Hi All
Well it's been a busy couple of days with work and also not been doing well with dieting and spending. We went shopping yesterday for basics and I had a work thing where we ordered 6 big pizzas for 14 of us (£4 each)! So good but not for my diet. I have been trying to use MyfitnessPal but I am thinking I am not self disciplined enough. I have the slimming world books which I have been thinking of reading and trying to follow. Not sure if I can justify spending £60 for three months online membership at this point in time. The weight loss is definitely something I need to get on board with. Time to really start working at it as I am far too heavy and need to get it in control. I have bought Mr O some prescription goggles (his eyesight is bad) and we are going to start going swimming soon. I really want to get fit and healthy.
Right, back to work I go. Have a lovely day and catch up again soon.

There is a voucher in this week's Best Magazine for free joining at Slimming World. That means your first week would be £4.95 not £9.95 and you'll get all the books etc. It's then £4.95 per week if that's more achievable for you? XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Hi October
If you have the Slimming world books there's really no need to go to the classes, there's also loads of SW recipes online, But you have to feel accountable for the up/down weight. Could you perhaps do that on your diary?
If you get weighed same day every week (morning before eating/drinking is best) and put your +/- weight up you'll get encouragement and help I'm sure.:)
You could also put the money you would have payed to SW in a separate pot, and this could be used to pay for another camping trip or other reward.
Is there anyone you know who also wants to lose weight so you could do this together?
I know there is a weightloss thread on here, so maybe also have a look at that as well.
Wishing you loads of luck with everything XI Believe.....

Hi Everyone
Well this week has been a total disaster for healthy eating so I've called it treat week and will work on starting a new plan next week. I'm going to have a look at the slimming world books DM gave me and see if I can understand what I need to do. Definitely time to sort that side of my life out.
Along with diet, exercise is also needed and I have been nagging Mr O to come swimming with me for ages. He has got his new goggles and although not perfect they are much better than nothing. Next is a couple of pairs of swimming trunks and we are ready to go! I can't wait.
I am hoping that I can get slimmer for Christmas. It would be so nice to be able to put on a pretty dress and not feel self conscious when having pictures taken with my gorgeous work colleagues. Time to get some goals in place and move forward.
It looks like it is going to be a nice day today. Hopefully the long weekend will be lovely too. I would love to get out there and have some fun. Hope everyone else has a good weekend and a great Friday!

Hi All
Feeling tired today. Was up very early cleaning my bathroom. Weird the things you do when you can't sleep. Got showered and prepared my lunch for the day but been feeling drained at work and found it hard to concentrate.
Financially, I am waiting on my payday. Feels like its been a real struggle the last week or so but usually I have the money my DM gives me and for some reason she hasn't so far. I feel uncomfortable asking for it but I do need it. Hopefully she will give it to me tomorrow as I am headed over there for dinner. I have done really well with gaining income but haven't had a single survey from PA for the last 5 days. Hope everything is ok. Nearly reached my NSD goal for the month just need to make sure today or tomorrow is not a spend day.
I think I need to do a refresh on the diet front. Thinking as it's my birthday next week and hols the week after, I am going to start again when I come back from holiday. Might take the SW books camping with me to get some ideas.
Hope everyone else is ok.
