A neighbour is now trying to claim a part of my garden under "Adverse Possession".
I've sent off an urgent email to Citizen Centre of Land Registry giving the evidence I have that it is my land.
Is there anything else I need to do at this stage please to protect my land?

When I've checked out the side panel type thing by posters names before now I've not been able to spot a way to send a PM to the Land Registry person and it looked as if its not possible.
Have I missed something and it is possible?0 -
Looks like LRR has PM disabledChanging the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0

They are using it and they are now trying to claim official ownership of it.
Is the land registered?0 -
If you recently bought it you'll likely be able to do something after the fact with the vendor wouldn't you?0
