Oh dear. I want to ask if that's a good argh or a bad one...?

I'm out in the sticks, I'm nearly sitting on the WiFi box in the communal lounge and there's no mobile signal. I'm:huh: Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0

HBS. Bad.
I've never missed a computer before, but this 'phone thing is driving me nuts. Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0 -
Aw hugs Gingernutty! You'll be done before you know it.
*supportive thoughts*

We're on a fairly severe, calorie restricted diet.
A new torture is one of the American Gingernuttys. She's at Disney World. She's booking dinner reservations and I'm getting the reminders. She's booking character lunches, dinners and even breakfasts at the Magic Kingdom.
And ther's Masterchef on the lounge telly.
One more day. I go home tomorrow.
ETA : Just spelling, spaces and punctuation. My so called "smart 'phone" won't recognize my fingertips. I have eczema...... Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0 -
Well done for sticking with it - I'm sure your stats when you leave will make it worthwhile. If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0

Thanks for all your kind words and encouragement.
At the end of 6 days and seven nights which included
5-6 hours exercise a day
including aerobic work outs that started at 06:45, Aquarobics, Zumba, LBT, Fit Step, a 4 mile walk, a four and a half mile walk and a 9 mile walk, yoga and meditation, resistance work, core and floor exercises, no sugar, no caffeine, reduced portion, calorie controlled meals, habit changing group work, nutrition workshops and a cookery lesson.
*drum roll*
7 pounds weight loss and 2 inches off my waist and 4 inches off my hips. Remember, that's only in one week
I'm very pleased.
When we landed in town to go home, I went to a Sainsbug's Local and bought a Freddo and a Pepsi Max.
And, do you know what?
They weren't as nice as I remembered them.
I later went to a cafe that did fresh food, had a salad and finished with a small square of artisan dark chocolate.
That was yummy.
I've parked the suitcase in front of the washing machine and I'm catching up with everything.
I'm officially a size 20 not a 22.
:cool::huh: Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0 -
After a weekend sorting dirty clothes, cleaning, washing and catching up, I'm off to the gym this evening.
I still ache.
I can, however, hold a squat for a minute. It may not be as bad as I'm thinking it might be.
I've got classes booked for every day 'til Sunday.
Bring it on. Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0 -
You need to have a rest between classes if you hurt that bad. It's not good to go all 'pedal to the metal' with exercise or you'll burn yourself out - but congrats on sticking to it as you're doing much better than most people.0
