Thanks both it's lovely clearing them but heart wrenching knowing what I actually had for that £2,500 and even more so knowing what I could have done with the money I have repaid since Christmas it is a lesson learnt I can tell you !!!
I am waiting on hubby now to ring Barclays to ask them how we can start repaying my loan and Overdraft properly xWeightloss -36.5lb/64lb.

I personally have a credit union loan for [STRIKE]£3000 [/STRIKE]£1300 that I pay £25 a month on but it has dragged on forever and would like to make extra payments on this, plus owe a local shop[STRIKE] £508£358[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£308 [/STRIKE]£258 for flooring this is a pop in and pay whenever your passing type arrangement.
Just recapping here.
Morning diary school run, bills paid, dogs walked. housey stuff half done just have a food shop to do online and pop to bank. Hubby rang Argos last night finally back on plan with these have a minimum amount to pay by 25th but will pay more than that by then anyway plus they unlocked our online account so I can now keep track and pay off whatever is floating in bank as and when. For the 2 months Stepchange was paying them £120 interest and late payments was accrued and £32 paid so it really is imperative you keep a track of interest payments yourselves. A huge relief just getting this debt back under control as hubby really didn't want to let this one go on forever so our aim is to pay £250 off this Feb,March and clear it April.
I popped into the credit union this morning and paid my loan and nearly got roped into volunteering, a Friday is my only day off through the week so not on your nelly mate!! I love my Friday at home and doing both school runs!!, also popped in and paid my flooring bill off this is clearable now but as he said this morning you don't miss it paying it monthly so will keep plodding there.
Wales v England tonight oooooooooo the nerves lol I wish it was earlier kick off I would love to have gone out to watch it with hubby and son but nah we will scream at the tele instead !! :rotfl:
Hubby gave me £25 this morning so paid that off Curvissa (I am done making up names now ) £90 remaining there I have to get this paid off this month it is doing my nut in now such a piddling amount left!! but I also know £90 will be better off coming off the Argos bill less interest overall ..Weightloss -36.5lb/64lb.

MSE wise I am half way through an online shop but so cant be ars@d with it I didn't have one last week either, hubby has picked up bread an milk and yoghurts through the week, I spent £40 of love to shop vouchers in local butchers yesterday left over from Christmas so have loads here so think I will see how long I can go, DS is dinners in school MON-WED this week so don't really need packed lunch bits but do need fruit and veg oooo the joys of being indecisive and trying not to spend huh ... Had a peek on B/C site just to see it had gone to zero just waiting now to have the interest from last month before I close it, and will round down into curvissa in a tick. Morning diary, It is a grey and cold dismal day in Wales, half way through the working week already flying by this week.
My middle son finally swallowed his pride and came home over the weekend rags and bones but he is home spent the day washing and drying avoiding awkward questions but he is home !!! He has been lodging on friends sofas for last few years which has broken my heart got mixed up with a rotter of a girl and lost his job he has had since the day he left school and enjoyed gutted is an understatement, so he is signing on and I am just going to let him breath and catch up with himself for a few weeks, my debt repaying may take a back step but I don't care. He is having blinding migraines which doctor has been treating unsuccessfully so that is first thing is to get him re registered with our family doctor, I personally think they will ease when he has less stress and a little personal space, hope so anyway.
Next step will to be getting him back to work he hides behind cocky, smiley arrogance when underneath he is a gentle dreamer I just hope he can settle back in now just until he can sort his head out and start to rebuild his life using our home as a base. AND BREATHE!!
I have paid a little more off argos and curvissa it's nice to see numbers coming down nicely, curvissa is down to £75 as soon as this is below £50 I will clear it hopefully this weekend, I am hoping to get argos down to £600 before end of month too I can probably clear this payday then if not it will be end of month, but it will be gone in March I don't think much else will be paid off as second deposit for our holiday is due on the 11th March too, Morrcroft will be chipped away until gone too. so that will just leave Barclays overdraft and loan to clear on hubbys name. So it all looks like it is going the right way at the moment, I have overtime offered Sunday but I really really don't want to do anything extra even tho I should do really.Weightloss -36.5lb/64lb.

Another two lil payments its trickling down and down now this debt clearing can be as addictive as spending £8 off curvissa and £25 off Argos if I am careful with what's spare in bank I can afford to do this daily until end of month which would definitely help with the total left to clear come pay day, luckily we have no really big payments this month I think sky is due this week and our phones and that is it.
Having real trouble sleeping for some reason at the moment don't think it's caffeine related as hubby has been the same last few nights both awake lots through the night, hope it settles soon, as bluuudy shattered by teatime. Haven't got a lot planned today DS is in after schools club this evening a mass of angry parents emailing ringing and a heavy footed local councillor won the day so to speak, they closed the centre week before last and there are 71 families use the centre through a normal school week and more so in school hols for childcare enabling us all to continue working and they closed it with one days notice due to staff numbers reducing and no replacements being interviewed. Power to the people huh lol My son is over the moon as he really enjoys it the staff are fab and they do lots of activities.Weightloss -36.5lb/64lb.

£3 off Curvissa, and £25 off Argos this morning:D
Finally caved and booked in for a colour and cut, I haven't had my hair cut for 10 months so don't feel to bad, I am growing out a very cropped cut and finally know where I am going with it I took a screen shot of someone on tele last night lol. I am 43 now and have never ever got past the scruffy stage between short and shoulder length but I can now get it in a comfy ponytail so nearly there I should imagine by the summer after a good cut it will be there. Secretly hoping hubby will pay tho lol
Last shift of working week today so will be glad to see four oclock come, but will be glad to see payday tomorrow more so I can throw £100 off Argos tomorrow rather than £25, I plan to do this weekly until end of month plus the little £25 daily (apart from Fridays) then clear it when hubby gets paid on 27th.:) Just hope hubby has no plans for any cash in the bank haha. Soon be cleared tho then I am going to take a break I can't physically clear the loan so will let that tick away until clear,I may work on the overdraft in April but I am taking March off once Argos and Curvissa is clear !Weightloss -36.5lb/64lb.

£5 off Curvissa, £25 off Argos £60/£875...
Had a lovely wander around Cardiff this afternoon, there were buskers in town centre taking requests and were amazing !!!! Dry here today thank good ness although we need rain very soon was a right pain all day drizzling, rivers are dry though so hopefully it will rain by night and dry by day for a few weeks lol .
Had my haircut and coloured yesterday it has so changed my mood I love it, bought some new undies today in dire need and in a fab sale and a new top so cheap goodies in pound shop and that was about it really going to treat us all to a take away tonight for Val' day and then back on the MSE wagon tomorrow. Hubby paid for my hair so not really overspent this weekend as he has his own pot so all good..Weightloss -36.5lb/64lb.

Morning diary, I finally cleared Curvissa this morning so another debt gone!!
..
I also paid £100 off Argos so that is now down to £800 I have another £40 in £1's ready to bank if I can hang on to them all plus will pay another £100 off this Friday and cadge a tenner off hubby lol I will get this cleared before they start making us pay eurgggh council tax for another 10 months !! I have £350/£650 earmarked already for the debt but I need to be a lil more inventive to find that other £300 hmmm I need my thinking cap on for that one.. I don't suppose it is a huge biggy if I clear it by end of March rather than beginning I just wish I was a lil more patient I drive myself insane sometimes !! So that is my goal for March clear Argos and Moorcroft and then go from there.Weightloss -36.5lb/64lb.
