Just popping in to say hi!
Yesterday, needing to get so much done - I managed to get the kitchen floor cleaner. Sigh. Today, living room, hall and stairs (I have three lots of stairs) and if I get a chance, back to Monday's list. I will not be defeated!
Shining here, so it is also a cue for a boatload of washing. That is, if I can keep up with DS!
Hugs to all.

Sorry to hear about your cat sexymouse, how's he/she doing?
Hi LJD1,
My cat is doing really well considering it is only one week on from his op. He can sort of run/hop about the flat, but because it is his back leg, he isn't able to jump very well yet, which means he can't get up on the bed or windowsill when he wants to, as he hasn't built up enough extra muscle in his remaining leg. He's a very fed up cat, as the vet has said he can't go out until the end of this week, so he has been waking us up at night attacking his catflap! lol. He was very lucky to be alive, as it was a bad break, and the vet said if the bone had pierced the artery, he wouldn't be with us today.
Thanks for asking about him.

Hello everyone
This morning was the first day I could have had a lie in in ages. I woke up wide awake at 7am. Why does that happen. At least i've done quite a lot of tidying. Off to have lunch out with DS, mum, dad, sister, her children etc so that will be nice.
Need to finish the living room when I get home. It's tidy but not clean - major dusting and vacuuming needed. Will do that when I get in.
Catch up soon
xx
Ps Amieelister - loved the photos. It'll certainly be a day you don't forget!January budget

Morning all
Waiting for shopping - between 10 and 12 so it had better hurry up!
Changed my bed today because the weather is actually good, so two loads on the line and most of it dry already.
Vacuumed right through downstairs. Had my hair cut this morning so I had to vacuum kitchen again anyway and carried on through. Not much else done. Might get grass cut this afternoon.
Ah, here's Mr Asda. Back later!0 -

Things just go from bad to worse here! Just got a letter through from Powergen saying we're putting up your DD to £105 a MONTH  When I rang up and said "can't afford that!" they said there's nothing we can do as it's automated and it won't let us reduce the payments unless some of the outstanding balance is paid off  So I log into Powergen and pay off the entire outstanding balance (puts me way into the red, but OH has just got an extra £200 in his wage pack so now we only have to worry about getting me out of the red!) and decide while I'm there to log into my bank and update money (after a mini-spending spree at the weekend) only to find out Wilkinsons payment processing thing has charged me 4 times  Rang the bank and they said "we're aware of the error and so are Wilkinsons, we're trying to sort it out and can you ring back later ?"
I am determined to get in the bath before anything else happens so I'm going NOW.:mad:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
