Could you have picked up an actual vomiting bug? DS vomited pretty much non-stop for 24 hours earlier this week.

Could be. But there are details I'm sparing you which make me doubt it.

I do however feel much stronger this morning. :D

Today's total nutritional intake has consisted of:

    2 frikadellen + 1 spud, mashed + A lashing of ketchup
    4 squares of chocolate
1/2 a tin of Basics Mr T's Rice Pudding + 2 teaspoons of Lidl Cherry jam.

The Frik's are 286 calories each!! Oops. On par with those sausage rolls then.

I shouldn't eat one item of that! Nothing processed (which eliminates everything but the potato) and no potato :rotfl: but no sugar & no other dairy either, if they were homemade.

    Yesterday I had:
Full fat natural yoghurt with gluten free oats, nuts & nectar
    Homemade tomato soup
    Thai spiced chicken with salad
    Banana
Bit of leftover roast meat from Sunday
    Water
    Posh brand herbal teas.

I found this article today. Amazing to think that it's only 7 years old.

Is that supposed to have a link??
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

    Do you have Coeliac Disease?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Did it begin with 'C' ?

No idea, but he did make his million by selling his group of practices to a firm beginning C. He kept the premises and rents them back to them.

No. I've changed my diet to a 'clean' one. Losing weight and warding off anxiety and my SAD. It's working.

I will treat myself occasionally, but I'm finding dirty stuff (I think sugar) makes me wheezy, which isn't pleasant.
