Take care xxxWe made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

Me too. I'm not into the current craze for salt/sweet combos - all these salted caramel things, and chocolate covered salted pretzels etc.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

Together though, bleurgh...Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

It wasn't a great photo. It's a turkey/chicken burger really. Meat's quite tightly packed. Then they're fried. So ready to eat - eat them cold, or reheat.

He is a vet who specialised in eyes.
Some years ago he signed his practice up to a pharmacy supplier club as it was a a way of getting economies of scale. some years later it was listed on the stock market he hadnot followed its business development so it was a surprise. He sold his share and got £50,000 .I guess they must have had pharmacists who specilised in domestic and livestock/equine Pharmaceuticals.
