I've just received invoices from a very posh bathroom company.
My clients have ordered a toilet roll holder that costs £80 plus VAT. That's pretty tame. The sanitary ware (no tiles) costs considerably more than PN's proposed extension. :eek:Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I'd probably go and hold a toilet roll for less that that :eek:0

I find kitchen worktops too high - by the time something's sitting on top of that - and hot .... it's just highly likely that I'd burn myself, leap up, knock it over, smash it on the floor.
I usually use Oven gloves, although thing like Fish fingers, you can get them out using a fork. What I like about them is they cook quickly, and are great if there's only one or two of you.I used to use a conventional oven quite a lot. When I checked my electricity bill after I got my first Halogen oven, I found the reduction in that Quarter was nearly as much as the cost of the item! I rarely use my conventional oven now.
PN You could always put it on the floor when you use it. They're not very large and don't take up much room.0 -

New year new medical problems.
1. They cannot get my pills again.
2. GP is now saying there is a problem referring me out of area. Fir cuff eaten he put this in writing because this is directly contrary to everything we understood about the way NHs is meant to work. Would be interesting to see if they commit to writing. Especially as the endo and consultant phys want referral to particular place.
