Nice day here actually. 34C with a gentle breeze.
Jealous....:oBad joke:
I've so been there in a previous life.
It sucks, no other way to put it.
Heartfelt sympathy and as per PM........“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”

I can't help feeling that, if there is love, there is a way through. Am I an incurable romantic? Anyway, I wish you all the best, and I hope that you get the help you need to sort things out between you.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

That's my belief anyway.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Urgh. Scary wind.
It caught a small window in my room that I was closed, but I hadn't pushed the handle. It's blown it wide open. I woke up to the sound of being outside, which has kicked off my adrenaline response. Wide awake.
School run in an hour. I'm not sure I want to or should go out in it.
PNs link (thank you) says gusts of 57mph right now.
edit: 6.22 I'm !!!! scared, actually, or my body is acting like I am. Bl00dy anxiety.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Morning all. I'm more of a night than a morning person too, however I don't function well on little sleep so don't stay up into the night that often, except with insomnia. This morning I'm up as I'm working today. Covering someone else's shift. It looks pants out there though, so will wait for daylight before driving.
Sorry you're not feeling great Doozer. I hope that feeling lifts later. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Actually missing the wind here, it blows most of the time in an unpleasant gritty way but it is not so strong this morning and the heat is building quickly...the again I still have a temperature. Another bad night so glad I decided not to try and travel tonight over to the travel insurance company now. Forced down some cereal as need to eat before trying to swallow the antibiotics, 2 x 1000mg twice a day, they look like horse pills to me, even cut in half they take some swallowing.
I'm with viva, brains work best in the evening but have to be switched off because mornings without sufficient sleep are torture, doesn't help that DW falls asleep with the TV on before 10 and wakes fully by 5 for a shower and I can't sleep through noise.I think....0 -

I got anxiety really badly before last Xmas (2013) and then I quit caffeine. I've not had anxiety since: I still have a response to adrenaline but it isn't anxiety.
Giving up caffeine is really horrid for 2-3 days. I've quit other things and caffeine isn't that easy to quit but is pretty easy to stay off IME. We've all different responses to addiction. Anyone consuming caffeine daily or almost daily (chocolate included) is almost certainly an addict it's just an addiction that is a social norm to satisfy as smoking once was.0 -

I'd been controlling it quite well.
With the diet, I gave up caffeine and sugar and found that I had no symptoms. I thought it would be a good idea to give up caffeine entirely. Coca-Cola has been my addiction. I know certainly that it was because it made me feel sick every time, but I still craved it.
We stayed at a friends and he brewed coffee and baked pain au chocolat one morning and I felt it would be rude not to have them as he had clearly gone to some effort. I drank half the cup of coffee. Am hour later, I was driving over Putney Bridge trying to stave off a full blown panic attack. I was shaking like a leaf, with my heart beating out of my chest and holding back tears. Decision concreted.
I had three weeks off over Christmas, mainly alcohol related. Sugar intake well down. I did buy Coke for a 'treat' but I feel a bit sick thinknig about it. Almost unbelievable. In the way that I smoked for nearly 10 years and now think it's the most repugnant, ill tasting habit to take up and wouldn't smoke a cigarette if you paid me.
So, I agree. I am having anxiety about early morning rising atm but I do have specific things that I stress over that are closely related to going to work and dealing with strangers. I can only expect it after only recently coming out from behind H and then having a significant break.
DS had been duly delivered to school and I have purchased bacon for later and headed back to bed.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
