I have had shops give me a new micro sim for a standard when I got a new phone so I suspect that they can...although having an ordered one in transit may make it impossible....
    I think....

Yo! Sushi sell them. Don't know where your nearest is.

Lakeland might be more likely for you.

Apparantly Asda and B&Ms if you're lucky.

B &M, like Home Bargains, is one of those chains whose stores are a bit thin on the ground here in Surrey/ South London. :(
There aren't many Aldis either although that's changing fast.

LIR, there also used to be a Japanese supermarket near Piccadilly circus. Not sure if its still there, or if FIR can get there easily/ in time, but they sold all sorts of stuff at the back of the store. I was very tempted by the books of ideas for childrens lunchboxes... they looked amazing.

I have the JL on click and collect to a local waitrose so I'm sorted.

He smiles when he is happy.

Being on a white fake fur throw on my bed makes him happy.

That's genuinely probably the best and biggest laugh (out loud) I've had for years :)

The power in firs office went down today. Loads of people went home, for sat working on a dongle. He waited for ages to see if power was going to come back on, but has something that must go out today and tomorrow so after securing stuff there decided he was better coming back here and working from home.

As the train pulled out of the station a few minutes a go he got the email that power would be back on by tomorrow morning.

I think we can be fairly certain that whatever happens, this is not going to end well for him.

Hoping and praying that it ends well for the hostages, though.

It didn't end well for him. No testicular news yet.

He was on bail. Not sure what for yet. A BiL is a Gaoler so he can find out from the computer at work.

It's all over the Internet the list of stuff he was on bail for. It was either accessory to murder of his ex-wife, or the 47 sex offences. Take your pick, or go google it. He's even got a wikipedia page.

Both according to the generally reliable ABC (our BBC):

    http://mobile.abc.net.au/news/2014-12-16/iranian-man-haron-monis-named-as-man-behind-sydney-siege/5969246

How on earth does someone like that get bail (actually I know the answer to that, bail laws in NSW change depending on how full the prisons are).
