It takes a bit of explaining that people who hold off eating till the evening are going to eat worse food than is eaten earlier in the day. Nobody feels like a bran muffin or a light salad when they've been denying themselves food for a long day.

The only diet I really lost weight easily with was the sticking to eating within a 5 hour timeframe diet.

When I out weight on was when I was working 15+ hours most days, I think i was on about 5 main meals a day:o.

I usually buy cheap bread, so the toast is just toast, not a toasty experience. But I do recall toast in olden days and I do like a thick, crusty, slice, that's golden brown and with the butter (well, marg) soaked into it :)

When I was growing up we did toast only on one side, under the oven grill. Being toasted two sides wasn't as nice, when encountered. I liked the way toasted on one side the bread's softer. Now I use a toaster so it's done on two sides.
I knew there usd to be a website just about toast. Found it!

Best toast topping is avocado, on its own, no butter. Absolutely delicious!

I like that too. But it is better with thin cut streaky bacon sometimes.

Just sat down on a working lunch, and need to get back into the studio for editing this afternoon.

I like working to deadlines, but not ones this tight.

And then I complain when I put on weight.......

As long as you only eat the lettuce leaf and the slice of tomato, it is very healthy.
