Couldn't be done with kids unless your partner didn't work.

Too much travel, too many irregular hours, work has to come first.

Yes, his "main thing" is that he draws stickmen, among other things, and can write funny stuff to accompany them too.

He's had some success with his stickmen in other places in the past; some musician used one of his on an album (CD?) cover - and a restaurant chain in the US uses his "cowboys - no guns" image to tell their diners that they don't allow guns in the restaurants. If I'd taken notes I'd have explained those better; he's written the stories in the past which is how I found out.
