Or Aaaahhh! Nicer...Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

a multi skilled postie, what do vets know anyway that you cannot garner from getting up early, and studying letterboxes and envelopes.
all sorts of people are 'qualified' to advise me on the best way to recover. no snake oil but a myriad of exercise regimes and one or two magic bulllet routines that would have me right as nine pence overnight.
In the light of this, I am not sure that I should mention this, but DW has found a UCL research project that you might like to participate in, because she thinks it might possibly benefit you. One snag is that it's at Queen Square, which is presumably a major problem to get to, unless you are travelling to London for something else. If you would be interested in more details, please let me know.
To help her get around in the house, mother in law was given a metal tea trolley thingy that worked okay for her. It gave her some support as well as allowing her to move stuff around. I'll try to find a picture if you are interested.
Sorry that you are being inundated with mostly silly suggestions. It's because everybody is fond of you and wants to help.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

Good point.
Thinking more widely, if anyone finds a better way of making these meals safe for point of sale but easier to get into by the customer than a sealed plastic lid which you can't get a grip of to open, and have to end up cutting it round the edge with a knife, which means that it can't be properly resealed for the second half of the cooking time (you always have to stir halfway through with frozen meals), then I'll be eternally grateful
Sorry to hear of your travails PN; bet you're glad to be back home now.0 -

Isn't what you need a Microwave lid with a suggestive name?
