Lots of me and social time had.
WM on, wish I'd done that before I went as it is sunny. Going to have lunch and then get flying. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Howdy,
Been dashing about a bit today, but home for lunch and I've just bottomed the kitchen, it's all quite sparkly now. Floor to do and once I've finished my drink I will take the rest of the papers stuck to the fridge, I'm sure some can be recycled now.
Not done my laundry today but will have more uniform later anyway. Think we have a plan for tea and its bath night for m'laddo.
I've picked up loads of DD "stuff" and returned to her room. Her stuff is everywhere. And it breeds, lol.
I'm away next weekend with friends, inlaws are having the children but staying here so will do some meal planning and get a grocery delivery booked. Mr A has sent me a free delivery pass for the month so I'll take advantage of that I think.
Must pop into school office with order form, on way to get DS as he needs a new book bag.
Glorious sunshine all day till almost school run time, now it's all dark and murky. Hope we don't get the drenching we got last night...Bossymoo

Sort your bras - are they the correct size, do they still do their job? Is it time to treat yourself to a new one?
I haven't done too badly with my new-style list; not everything has been done, but the more urgent tasks are cleared; I shall highlight everything that was left this week in bold on next week's list, to prioritise those tasks, and delete the rest of this week, starting again tomorrow, I think.
I need to take Jack out at 16:30, and give him his tea, as we'll need to leave for the clinic at 17:10. Wish me luck - this is where I see the specialist about my poorly paws.:eek:If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
hope you get on ok at the clinic LW

Thinking of your LW and hoping for a positive outcome.
Landing all clear for the first time in ages, will dust up there in a bit. DS3's bed all made and room dusted. So upstairs looking quite good, downstairs needs a lot of attention next week.
Mogs fed, DW just finished clean cycle. Going to get washing in and cook DS2 some dinner.
We all need some nice restful family time this weekend. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
I'm very definitely keeping my ancient relic bras - I was very glad of them when Mr LW was in the horse-piddle; because the elastic is pretty much dead, I was able to put them on backwards and twiddle them round to face front; otherwise I'd have had to "let it all hang out".:rotfl: My newer (3 years old) ones I need help putting on, as the elastic is still ok so I can't twiddle them round, and I can't get my hands round behind me to fasten them in the normal way.:(
Is that not how everyone puts on their bras???

Ooh I forgot..
Dunelm trip done.. waterproof covers purchased for Squeak and Dot. I decided to get a memory foam topper for moomins mattress, she has been in loads if pain recently so I am hoping the extra layer of softness will help.. we shall see! I got new tablemats so I can fling the trashed ones we have had for 3 years and I got a new bathmat and shower curtain.. both with ducks on.. DS3 loves them!! I got some teddybear fleece onesies for Squeak and Dot too.. they are sooooo cute!!
I replaced the ugly plastic 8 year old curtain rings with nice chrome ones I bought a few months ago.. seemed a shame not to with new curtains up.
We did a mattress shuffle.. DD2's out, DD2 got Dots and Dot got the new one I bought for her bed a couple of weeks ago.
