Me again. So far today I have:

    Fed me and dogs
    Washed up
Sorted washing on airers and done ironing and put all away
Hoovered right through the house quickly
Sorted out bottom of my wardrobe which has meant summer shoes going away, getting sweets out for Halloween, sorting DSs birthday present and lots of bits going in a charity bag.

Right, off to walk the dogs, then paid stuff. Thank goodness its Friday.
Spend less now, work less later.

sorry flyladies, I just haven't been able to keep up with the thread this week. The mogs have thrown my clinging-on-by-the-fingernails routine to the wind. Day 1 a wee on the sofa - day 3 a poo on the base of the sofa that I'd stripped to wash and dry the cushions. Which don't all fit in the washing machine so I've had to spend monday in the launderette :(. Now the boy has produced another wet bed (I ran out of night time pants, so we thought we would have another go at it, which worked well for 4 days, but then he must have got too tired ) Also, the smallest one had a leaky nappy in my bed last night so thats been stripped and is waiting to be washed. DD2 had her birthday tea party on monday and cakes etc had to be made, now dd1 has her party tomorrow and birthday next monday, so there are more cakes to be made and party bags to be got, and pass the parcels to be wrapped. And can I get a s0dding Anna dress anywhere on-line - can I heck - so its off to town on sunday morning to see if theres one in the disney shop :mad: I'm on the rota to run playgroup as well this morning too so I can't even get things done until 1-3 when I have to ferry kids from school to football practice. The paid stuff has been particularly draining this week - and did I mention I had a conference and a bout of d&v last weekend?
What a week!!! Nothing serious thank goodness, and so trivial compared to what other's are going through, but my world is pretty small and it all feels big :( so bear with me if my floors are not hoovered and my hotspots remain in flames :rotfl:

Nail appointment at 10:30 then I need to go to Dunelm and get a mattress cover for Dots bed and I might get a few of those fluffy sheets and see if they make the girls happier.. they keep moaning about uncomfy/cold beds.. I did tell them to clear off the crap so there is room for them to lay flat to no avail! I need a Present for a 12 year old has everything type child.. quite grown up 12 not a baby 12 ... Any speedy ideas? I have 45 minutes!

Off to dangle wet stuff and OH is being left with 2 girls and 2 rooms to clear the floors in and I will vacuum when I get home.

    *checked bank*

They haven't sorted the pennies out for DS2 yet so I may not have the funds if we want to eat this week.. unless I store cupboard it... They stopped the child benefit and tax credits 6 weeks ago for him because they claimed to not have been notified, they however have DD2's details and they were both in the same envelope so I know they are quite simply not telling the truth. :( It may not be a lot but it is very much needed.

I managed to tidy the kitchen, wipe the sides down, sweep and mop floor, and put our bedding in the wm, before the school run this morning. Got back and made a cup of tea. While it was cooling I pulled the table out, washed the table and chairs and hoovered under it. My living room is now all over the place but decided to sit down, drink my tea and catch up on here with my jobs.

Btw, it was moaning to mum yesterday about not ever being on top of things and she said 'maybe you need to do a rota!' Urrr.... That's my fly ladies thread! She doesn't do internet or anything computer/phone based so had a vacant look on her face!

    Friday - Master Bedroom Done
Hoover/dust/sort on top of the wardrobe (or wherever you keep the Christmas presents) postponed, still can't stretch

I think it would be better to vacuum pack summer duvet, rather than store under top sheet. I think it would be flattened too much to be any future use - unless you are going to get rid anyway!

Feeling sad as heard that lovely HLTA from school has died. It was expected, he knew he didn't have long. Just a lovely young man, such a sad loss. He did however, complete all the things he wanted to this summer. Message I'm taking, make the most of every day, and if you have a dream, go for it. Now.

Bedroom half done (had to leave off to take DS1 to school)
Prescription collected and old meds dropped off
Splashed out on local paper 65p

    3xwm are out on whirley

The builders are banging again next door. My house smells of nicotine. They must be churning it up from there.

    Fridge shuffled
Unblocking stuff poured down kitchen sink

HHC now anyone? I need to finish off my room.
  • A day's worth of internet use at home and so I thought I'd look in and say hello :hello:as it's been a long, long time since I last posted. Am mix'n'matching between dot-to-dotting and today's list (thanks Dusty and Natty for last week). My sleeping isn't brilliant at the moment so am starting later in mornings than I'd like, hence only the below has been done so far today (and my GUAG has gone walkabout as well).

Got up, breakfast and wash up
1 x load of laundry (bed clothes)
    Bed clothes changed
15 items dealt with in each room (bedroom, sitting room, kitchen, bathroom)

Right - back to it, and hope to post again later on.
