I'm back!!! My week always seems to start on wednesday! Finished work at 1.30pm, did the shopping and then unpacked it and put it all away, unloaded and reloaded dw, 2 x wm, picked ds1 up from school and took to swimming, made pizzas for dinner.

I was really impress with myself today. Half an hour before the school run I jumped up and cleaned one bathroom and made a start on the second. When I got back from swimming I quickly finished the second bathroom. Put the kids to bed at 7 and then quickly did the ensuite. I was gone for about half an hour an hubby didn't even notice! Very chuffed!

So here is the start of my list, ready to update again tomorrow!

    Tuesday - Stairs/landing/Airing cupboard/kids room

    Test smoke alarms
    30 minutes to spare....
    Hoover floors
Strip bed/s and wash any bedding
    Got an hour....
    Dust shelves
Pull everything out from under the bed and hoover

    Extras
Pair up all odd socks, declutter the rest to recycling/nursery

Clean toaster / kettle / microwave
    30 minutes to spare....

Morning all. I haven't read back so I hope everyone is ok, if not please take a supply of spoons.

I'm well behind with the flying this week, so this morning I'm going to take a few jobs from the list and see if I can give each room some attention.

    Have a great day everyone.

    Morning!

We are up and about here. Have a fairly clear diary today so plan to pay more attention to the home (whilst also paying attention to DD).

I have a bit of a kitchen hotspot to tackle, and want to vac and dust the conservatory and tidy the garage. Also need to see if we have a party gift, and wrapping paper (think not so may have to pop out for some).

I also need to plan the rest of this month, lots going on and very busy run up to half term with a follow up hospital appt, 2 weekends away, 2x travelling with work and 2x parents eve all in the space of 10 days. Yikes. I'm not going to stress about it, but do need to organise myself aka write lists ;)

Right, DS wants more brekkie, off I go!

    Morning everyone.

Been up and fed the cat and put the bin out. Now back to bed with a cuppa.

Just received my electric bill. I was paying £30 a month which I thought was a lot. Now reduced to £11 a month and £90 in credit. Im pleased about that.
Today is my bedroom day. Meeting DD for lunch and shopping. Then it's off to my voluntary job.

The dreaded cold has arrived here. DD2 started at the end of last week. Now DD1 is absolutely streaming and my voice is distinctly dodgy.

Well I managed to get through a load of ironing yesterday. Today will be more washing, although goodness only knows where I will dry it if it rains again.

Last night was the first night of my new course. Having done two courses where we read and discussed books this course is a creative writing one. I am somewhat nervous - I haven't done any creative writing since the days of my O Level English.

Good luck with the course CY, sounds good.

Well I've walked the dogs, hoovered downstairs and been all over the house cleaning mirrors, screens, TVs and getting rid of cobwebs. Have also checked the smoke and CM detectors. Washing in machine/on line.

    Time for the paid stuff.

Been up from 7 so hoovered the bathrooms so Mondays jobs are all done. Stripped the kids beds, tidied up surface clutter, washed up, emptied dishwasher, cleaned the clear sides but still not cleared the others! Decluttered ds1 off to school along with some tins for harvest festival!
Just pulled 1kg of tomatoes from the garden and now about to make a batch of tomato soup! Then I will check the lists and see what I can get done before lunch!
