Honey Bear - you procrastinate, like me, because it's just so easy to do. I still do it, despite having learned that these little jobs I am constantly putting off are nowhere nears as onerous/taxing/difficult as it seems.

    hey ho.

I've developed it to an extreme art :o

Finished dusting DS1's room for him, he is still struggling with the routine of working a longer day. Ironing also done.

Had a bit of a cook up making soup, roast lamb and roasted veg, plum and almond loaf cakes and ghee (forgot how therapeutic that is).

DW on and most of the washing up done. Going to watch an hour's tv now and then cakes should be baked and I'll head up to bed, tired after early 4:15 start of getting DS3 away on his school trip.

Healing vibes to those with colds, DS2 suffering here.

M and d didn't go until 4 but I did manage to collect washing n and put new load out, before the heavens opened! I now have it hanging all over the house. Ds2 had a little soup for lunch but refused the cake after. He then laid on the sofa and fell asleep. Mum stayed longer so I could collect ds1 from school without waking him. I thought he might be coming down with something as he was really lethargic, not like him! Then at half 4 he threw up. This carried on for most of the evening, so lots of cuddles and washing as we got through 4 blankets and several sets of clothes!!

Anyway, didn't get onto the living room as I was otherwise occupied! I have cancelled swimming tomorrow so we can have another day at home. I did cook a massive sausage casserole that will do three family meals and 3 kiddie meals. All in freezer, wm x 5!!!!, dw x2!
Hubby started looking at new houses last night. I got really excited! Upshot is- we need to get our house decluttered and spruced up, do some saving and we are looking at putting it on the market in the next 6 months. What an incentive to get the place sorted!! Oh switched on the PC that has been in the corner of my kitchen for two years and is in the process of getting all the photos off! Massive frog on the way to being decluttered!

Anyway here is my update for Wednesday. I will start Thursday tomorrow!

My electric bill this month was £3.06!!! It was £86 the month before but since having the solar panels my bills have dropped by around £20 a month.. I need it to drop more to pay them off at a similar rate to what they are costing but it just means I won't break even as soon but I guess it is all good energy being used :) Just waiting on my first feed-in cheque! It should come back end of November and is to be used to pay off a chunk of what I still owe.. more likely it will go on Christmas or some other vital house thing!

2 more lots of pattern and I'm up to the armhole shaping on this cardy.. it's not very interesting and is very slow going. I keep doing other bits like hats and things!

I just realised I didn't do a cat update.. He has a perfectly normal looking liver and no other masses are seen or felt in his giblets so it is just the crazy thyroid.. hopefully it is almost big enough they can remove it.. they have to be able to feel it to remove it.. but it looks to be heading that way. His weight loss has slowed so hopefully that will even off a bit too. crackpot has gained 250g :)

Morning all, woke up at silly o'clock with DH then when he left for the paid stuff OldDog thought she was on her own and started howling. She's not used to our new routines yet and is a little unsettled.

Anyway, I have sorted out finances (not very MSE) and had breakfast. This is my plan before the paid stuff today:

    Wash up
    Feed dogs
    Ironing
Look at lists and maybe do something
    Get dressed
    Walk dogs
    Put out rubbish etc
    Hoover downstairs

And it is cold this morning, winter dressing gown is now being worn.

    Have a great day everyone.
Spend less now, work less later.
