That is one lovely PIC, he looks wicked lol

Hubby has been really busy this week, raking out, and re- pointing a part of the outside of the house that the stonemason said was a major job.. Due to a crack, looks as good as new now.

9 well grown on piglets going to market tomorrow..so fingers crossed they bring a good price..

Beautiful day here - bright blue sky, purple mountains & glassy Loch.

OH Has now a monitor attached to him - looks like a CIA officer with 'wire'. It makes a sort of farting noise every 15 mins or so - the cat doesn't think much of it & he had t explain it to an unexpected visitor.

I went down the shore & found a wonderful mussel bed, but no container with me, so will get some tomorrow & we will feast on them. Great excuse to go down to the bottom of the croft again.

Wonderful photos Dave - wee fella looks alert - love the vistas & the trees. I've been sawing some down to regain some of the view.

Hope the piggies get a good price CTC.

my son was just telling me he had the dentist tomorrow..

hes having 3 implants at the front due to an accident that smashed his mouth a few years back. this procedure started in april [his bone on top jaw was badly smashed too] and he has the studs in now but it seems to be a long time.

I said "what are they doing tomorrow ?"
he said "taking an impression to make the teeth"
I said "it all seems to be taking a long time"
and dead pan faced he replied "well the surgeon did die"....

I know I shouldn't have but I literally peed myself laughing....

Alfie that sound amazeballs.. As you say a tripe of a life time..

Well what a dismal day at the auction, prices couldn't have been any worse, brought all 9 piggies back. Loads of pigs/ piglets in sold and those that did sell went for practically nothing.

Some of the adult pigs going for £1 and £5.

So our pigs are on lock down now for 21 days, and nothing can move off our land , unless it's to slaughter ..

Beautiful day here again, but it is cold in the nights early morning...

Going to pick the last if our runner beans later, and the clear that patch, need to clean/ move some pig poo/ bedding, so might just put it on top of where the runners where, and put a tarpolune over it for the winter...
