Plus they are anti- fatigue, so you can go all day and not get tired lol

At my age, I'd settle for half an hour! :rotfl:

Lots going on here; mainly stuff to do with building, but also replacing fence posts, as the chicken orchard perimeter fence is suffering from rot....already. We only installed it 5 years ago, but the posts were from a local supplier and not of the best quality. :(

If I've taught Pete one thing, it's that there are better fencing suppliers than the one he used to use. Unfortunately, it was only after seeing these that I did some research and realised that much better ones existed, at a price. All the field boundaries are done in those. :D

Still spotted a couple of swallows today, and also a hornet.

Holiday Monday + nice weather in Glasgow = confusion! :D

Actually been pretty nice all weekend here...just been planting up some prepared bulbs for Crimbo.

Plus bought more fish - some neon tetras now the aquarium is well established. Apparently, like the coal-mine canary, they keel over if the water parameters are a bit iffy. We shall see...

DD1's fish are somewhere between Bournemouth and Bristol. She managed to palm them off onto someone, but they'll have to make the dash to their new home soon. Neons haven't lasted long for her. :(

Meanwhile, the van is sitting there, waiting for me to take all DD's essential worldly goods up the M5. Her partner packed it at the weekend, and believe me, there isn't a cubic centimetre of wasted space in there.....

I must make sure we sell it off before they move again! :rotfl:

Just not yet. Rang building control today, who told me they want the oil tank on a platform of reinforced concrete lintels overlaid with paving slabs. I shall need 6 lintels, each 1.8 m long, and looking at what they weigh, they certainly won't go in the back of the car!

Yes, yes, YES!!!! They are, I don't know which ones they are exactly at no, but they have the super type grip underneath, and they have a wide vent flap thing at the top of the side of the boot to adjust if you have big carves...

Wonder if they do a short mucker style boot, as the ones you gave me Alfie, I wear every day as normal shoes lol and they are starting to go now...they have taken a right battering lol...

Mr Choille's op was cancelled yesterday on the operating table.
Complete lack of coordination. Surgeon was gutted.

    Very stressed.
