Daydream fund challenge part 4

Ok, out of your top contenders, find out which is cheapest to insure.
That will tell you something else.0 -
Spent my New Year's Eve in various retail establishments looking at toilets and washbasins.... in some detail.
We went for ones that are one piece to the floor and right back to the wall IYSWIM. So don't have to fiddle faddle around trying to clean behind it all. Plus we went for taller loos. I have probs standing up from the lower (normal) ones, and when we go back to old home and I use loo there it's very noticeably lower and gives me a bit of a shock.:rotfl:
Just mention this as might be useful if either of you and DW are getting a bit stiff in the joints.
While here I'd like to wish you and your family and all the Daydreamers a happy, healthy and prosperous year for 2015.
Hugs to all Daydreamers from Liverpool!0 -

no I haven't sorry, I sell mainly vintage clothes, blankets, quilts etc, but used to do a few small handmade bits.. at an Antique centre... I am re-vamping my space.. in the next few weeks, as I haven't been seeing to it like I should have, and its now a bit stale so to speak, so I am going to move things around, and do a totally new display, with one section going back to be shabby chic, and 'dressed' and hopefully geared up with things for mothers day...
EDIT.... I bought a die cut, but the flowers are really small, so going to work out what to do with them..Work to live= not live to work0 -
Thank you LIR that has narrowed the list down!Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0

I love our upstairs loo. One unit, straight upand down, no curves or fiddly bits, straight to the wall as maggie describes and concealed cistern. It is SO much easier to clean its ridiculous.0 -
Love Shabby chic, CTC. OH doesn't really get it. Good luck with the reorganising. We are trying to get ebay sorted, got 269 listings would like to get it up to 300.
Hope you all have a Happy New Year and thanks for letting me tag along.

evening all
i drove up to guildford today, had a great time, left .....then  left my phone there :eek: never thought i could panic like that :rotfl: scary that all numbers are in it and i know none of them..:o so half way home i turned round, went back, got it and drove homeward...again !! delaying my return by an extra 2 hours due to traffic and the most pitch black night ive driven for ages. couldnt see the sides of the roads even. mist didnt help ! looks like im keeping little dog im looking after, well for now anyway. i need to rehome him but its doing it carefully. RUMMER.. is there a reason you want a pedigree ? i think the dog is what you make it. there are so many unwanted puppies in the homes and after xmas [usually by february] there are pedigree pups in those homes, the xmas novelty long gone  if you put your name down with a breed in mind, it will be worthwhile and cheaper .... personally , although i like them, dachsunds can be tempremental [ only IMO] cocker spaniels are gorgeous as are the cockerpoo's. i dont always believe that "top" breeders breed the best dogs. a lot of "alterations" can impede health. seriously check out the dogs homes... could be a happy compramise and help a puppy..;)

I'll second that, especially the Happy bit!
Some of us here are pretty good at 'eventful' too! :rotfl:
One happy event I've saved is the news that I'm about to become a Grandpa.Should happen in the next week or so. :j
Still mentally adjusting...I'm sure I was only middle aged a year or two back!
For those who've lost my photo blog location, this year's is to be found here:

It's just the basics. Didn't have much time recently.
May 2015 be a super year for Daydreamers everywhere :beer:0
