    No one seems to know if they had Office installed in the first place.

    It's all a bit vague.

    It is working but it will not install updates.

    Office was installed.

    The owner was away at the weekend but when I got speaking to them last night they said that there was an update available and they left it to install, however when they returned it wouldn't boot up again and they got someone else to look at it but apparently that person knew very little about computers.

    What is the result when you attempt to Refresh/Reset? Model number?

    I cannot remember the results now but it wouldn't do it - haven't been well for a while now and I am not well today either.

    I don't hate a note of the model number and I don't have it now because the owner has it.
