This does not make sense to me :think:, when the scan started she said she was scanning ten drives yet she only has two hard drives, also one hard drive has 418 GB while the other has 24.9 GB so how did the scan recover 648 GB?

I think I need to run the scan again but this time only scan the two hard drives?!? :eek: :wall:0 -
It found a lot less files this time and was able to save it to my existing external drive.0

If you find the keys for Office, you should take a note of the Edition and Product key, so that you can source and reinstall it.
