Good morning
Lovely weekend, friend round saturday, went to London saw the poppies, spent about 6 hours walking, went for dinner out. I paid for most of it as owed friend £20, he had ticketmaster card and has bought tickets for a west end show next year, day before my birthday so I paid to pay my share back. Also means most of my birthday day out next year is already paid forHe gave me his half for dinner which was over what I owed him so had cash out ready for farrier yesterday. Balanced my budget and with my £50 misc spending allowance I only spent £13 over so not too bad, luckily have enough bunce in my current a/c to cover it
Few more ebay sales over the weekend, with that and the minimum payment my Sains CC is now down to £116, nearly paid it off, hope too by Xmas, actually I will have this paid off and hope to pay extra on the Bcard too, insert determined face. One more ebayer to pay so another few pounds will be able to come off this week hopefully.

Good morning
Thanks goodness its friday, stupid traffic this morning, crappy problems on the M25, am lucky dont use but living near it get the backlog, 55 mins to do 10 min journey  So looking forward to home time later
Small spends yesterday, £5 out for yard owner, all paid up to date, birthday card bought and sent today and a bar of choccie for me, have zero willpowerAlso had to spend £8 on private prescription, get them free on NHS, can claim back I believe just got to work out how
Hoss trainer tomorrow, already budgeted and paid for, need to get some hossie food but in budget. Nowt else planned all weekend. Am doing a friends hoss tomorrow am and she has offered to do mine sunday am so may take advantage and have a lazy lie in, usually unheard of in the hossie worldMust do some ebay, could always do some work to house, its always ongoing.
Had wee problem with boiler last few days, hot water and heating wasnt kicking in, I have managed to fix both times by hitting the side of the boiler, so dont know if loose connection, will wait and see if problem persists, but in the meantime hitting it is good for relieving any frustration I may have :rotfl:Debt 13-1-25 - £39K!!!

"A private prescription is issued by a private prescriber or by your NHS prescriber if your treatment is not available under the NHS. The prescriber may also charge you for writing a private prescription. You will always be charged for a private prescription as it is not covered by any of the NHS exemptions. The charge will include the cost of the medicine."

Good morning
Good weekend, saturday had hossie trainer, she was very well behaved again, 2 more sessions booked in before xmas and then a break as trainer away over xmas and new year so will do myself but be good to save some pennies. Went and got hossie food, can fit in budget and now got plenty to last well into the new year. Managed to also get massive bag of carrotts and parsnips, most for the hoss, but sneaked a few good ones and now got loads in my freezer, much cheaper than the supermarket
Ex came round and dropped of my chairs he had borrowed and he also picked up his pc's and a few more boxes, my house is looking half empty now, still got lots of his stuff but now in one room and the loft. Whole house needs decorating now as can see its very tired (all rooms bar one havent been decorated since moved in and thats 3 years ago) so need to start on that, just a lick of paint would make everything look better
Sunday my friend did hossie in the morning so had a monster lie in, listed some ebay bits, took advantage of offer of 100 free listings and will do some more later and re-listed what didnt sell.
Few more items sold so have transferred £15 odd to my Sains CC this morning, 55p in interest but not as bad as could be. New total is £86.37 so will definitely be able to clear before Xmas.
Have a hoss food budget next month, was going to use to clear card, but think I can make up the payments somehow from extras so going to put this towards Xmas pressies as have zero budget for this, as long as dont add to debt and can clear Sains CC by new year I will be happyMortgage out today too so another few pennies of the total.

Just checked my credit report, mortgage was lower so have updated signature with all correct figures.
Since my start date of 24 September so 2 months in have managed to pay £517 of my total debt, give ex £5k and reduced my mortgage nett by £1100Just need to keep going in this direction.
So looking at my mortgage payments on report it looks like I pay approx £400 a month of the nett figure, this is the amount it comes down by (again approx figures). So for me to reduce from total of £149,384 to goal total of £100k and figure going down at approx £400 a month it will take me 10 years to get to the figure I wanted  I think this will shorten as will pay less interest each month so for a pick in the air figure so 8 years, its still way too long
So if I want to achieve my goal I need to overpay my mortgage. I also need savings as have none, need to balance budget better. Am definitely here for the long haul
Will continue with the debt busting, get rid of these cards and then watch this spaceDebt 13-1-25 - £39K!!!
