    Morning :)

Thanks peeps for dropping in, am definitely trying to be focused and determined.

Diesel bought last night, had tesco fuel points, managed to save £1 :)

£10 john lweis/waitrrose voucher received from survey site last night so will do my top up fresh shopping in there today, also using my 10% voucher so should get all of what I need.

I also have £20 sainsburys gift vouchers so am well ahead for next month :D

So spent a bit more shopping then planned, bought a chicken to roast for sunday and some soup to stock up cupboard, total shopping £20.49, less 10% discount and voucher, hard cash spent £8.20 :D

Looked at sains CC interest of £6 odd added  but another £5 landed from survey site so nearly balances out, balance £129 :)

    Good morning :)

Its monday back to work bah but at least the sun is shining!

So a NSD weekend, listed more ebay items, did some surveys, cut my grass and packed more of ex's bits away. Been offered a possible tennant from next door so need to think about that and whether let the room sooner, need to clear stuff out and ideally re-decorate first so waiting to see.

Lots of ebay sales over the weekend, ready to post today and next few days, £60.58 withdrawn from paypal and straight to Sains CC, only £69 left to go :D Min payment for Bcard cc today too so have updated signature, much healthier :D

    Good morning :)

Nothing exciting today, no payments in or out, no spending.

Looking at budget this month and if I include hotel booking for xmas I am £45 over budget, hotel was £59 so I have under spent on general budget by £14 this month - very pleased :) Need to keep doing that every month. Obv I am over because of hotel but at least I can see a trend. I set a budget of £100 for groceries etc, I have only spent £69, again fuel was £80 and I have spent £63, few things over but its getting there, and hopefully should be able to fine tune the budget a little bit more each month.

You are doing really well. I love that your goals are proper big ones! You can definitely do it, we've all seen what amazing progress can be made via some of the diaries on here.

Subscribing to keep up with it!

(PS, I'd say get the tenant so long as you are happy with him/her. Will make a big difference to your goals)
    0% card was £1126.91 / Now £1502.37

    Good morning :)

Another boring day, no spending, no money in or out. Checked bank and worked out budget for payday on friday, should come in under what I earn so in theory should have a few extra pennies left over at the end of the month :)

Part of my front fence fell down yesterday, only got 2 panels there, really need to replace the lot and in theory the boundary line is wrong but its not important, neighbours are ok so will think about next spring. Have more important things to spend my pennies on. My boiler flue is on upside down (previous owners carp installation ) my plumber cant get a replacement, but he is going to try and take it of and re-fix properly, then fill the massive hole in the wall in my kitchen that original installers left  then can re-decorate the kitchen. Be about £70 but parents have offered to pay, will make a huge difference as currently you can see daylight through the hole.

Havent even thought about Xmas but very few presents to buy, just mum, dad, sis, bro in law and nephew. Everyone else can just get cards, dont really do big spending anyhow. I always get wine for Xmas from work, I dont really drink so can give some of these away if I need unexpected gifts. Family spends shouldnt be too much as we all know everyone is poor so can just get token gifts apart from nephew. He is only 4 so dont need to spend extravagantly, but need to work out a plan - have about £10 in amazon vouchers so theres a start.

A bid on my ebay bits, only 99p but it all helps, must do some more this weekend.

Thanks mfmaybe for dropping by, my goals are probably unrealistic but hey am giving it my best shot! My house like yours it seems is just a never ending DIY project, come back in about 10 years and it maybe finished

    Good morning :)

So am ill again, majorly fed up, have consultant apptmt on monday so hopefully some sense can be made of this :( It means I probably wont have a productive weekend but I need to rest.

I need to go and get hossie food, but all budgeted but nowt else planned, if feel better will do some surveys, ebay and tidy some more of ex's stuff away.

Payday today :) All new budgets set up, money moved to bills a/c. Small survey payment notified so should hopefully get monday, can go to Sains CC, few bids on ebay bits as well so some more pennies next week, hope to get rid of this by mid nov at the latest then off to attack the Bcard :D
