    Good morning :)

Its friday, its raining but saves me from having to water my plants ;)

Expenses have landed so £33 each sent to holiday and emergency fund, now at £65 and £162 respectively.

Once holiday funds reach £72 will apply for passport renewal, sooo close, then to save again for an actual holiday :)

Was very tempted by concert tickets this morning, its 2 days before my birthday next year so was thinking I could ask for the tickets as birthday present, but they were £54 each and as wasnt straight of the mark seats not fantastic, also have seen that band before so not desperate so decided to be good and didnt buy.

Good wet and stormy morning from southampton :)

Hate the early mornings, especially on a monday but thinking of the pennies!

Spendy day on saturday, £57 on groceries and £50 on fuel, all topped up for the month now, a meal plan done and plenty to last at least 2 weeks if not more. Mum, siter and nephew also came round on saturday and finished digging and moving my concrete, laid 2 patio slabs and planted some plants gifted from my uncle :D

Sunday NSD, listed some unsold ebay and added some new bits, couple with bids on already, just low value, hoping for the higher value to get some bids on soon.

Chased quidco up about some old cashback that had been delayed, it is now confirmed just waiting for next payment run :)

House insurance due in a few days so need to start looking at renewal, not had renewal quote in yet.

    Good morning :)

Small amount of survey money landed and some interest so new totals are £66 and £163 respectively, quite decent sums :)

Earned quite a bit of interest on my insurance savings, have £323 in there to pay for life and house insurance, should be plenty so can make a start on next years cost. Also have £21 in my horse fund so thats a start on next year too :)

15 NSD achieved in May :)

More bids on ebay and more watchers so looks promising. Have a mystery shop for house insurance due so must do in next few days as that should bring in some more pennies. Slowly slowly adding up.

A thought though as expenses covered for this year am thinking whether to use the excess (horse and insurance money not needed) to pay my barclaycard as am aware the 0% runs out in Feb and wont have it paid off by then, could net me at least 1 months spend, will maybe post in the main board and get some advice.

    Good afternoon :)

Manic at work recently, just a lot on and not enough time to do it. Seeing my MD next week as in a meeting about website so going to see if I can pick his brains over a pay rise. Havent had one for ages so always worth a try :)

Sofa payment out today so another £30 of the debt total. Ebay has a few more bids, 6 items selling now so that will bring in some more pennies.

Had my house insurance renewal in, £20 less than last year. Have a mystery shop to do for this so going to see if I can do tonight and gives me a chance to shop around to see if I can improve on the price, will look for cashback deals too.

    Good morning, tfi friday :D

Shopped around for house insurance including mystery shop which I need to finish tonight, can get policy £5 cheaper, not worth the hassle so am going to renew with existing company, must try and sort that out later.

More bids on ebay will make at least £15 if not more, fingers crossed get some more last minute bids!

Quidco cashback has been confirmed as paid, just waiting for that to land to. That with the ebay money will be a great boost for my funds. Might see if I can get my passport renewed next week as will have enough pennies.

Won some free horse treats, unfortunately need to go and pick up from shop, may see if I will do that this weekend.

My garden is doing well, have life in strawberries, runner beans, carrots and lettuce and wee bit of life in the parsnips too, this will really help to lower my bills in the summer.

Regarding my extras in my account that dont need for annual bills this year, going to keep and earn some interest and then see come january whether to keep for next years bills or pay a lump of my 0% card. Need to see what the situation is by then, who knows where I will be!

    Good morning :)

Good weekend, saturday tidied up more of my garden, cut grass, cut up on old fence panel and some old logs ready for use in the winter. Have loads of wood, probably enough for at least 2 winters worth of heating :D

Renewed my house insurance, paid out of savings. Sunday fixed my electric fence, 2 hours but lovely sunshine, then came home and relaxed in the garden in the sun with a good book.

Looking after extra ponies for a few days as yard owner on holiday, just have to feed and check alive, said they will give extra hay so thats some pennies I dont have to find later on.

Lots of ebay bits sold, half have paid, £13 withdrawn so far, more to come. Quidco payment landed so transferred to relevant savings pots.

Have renewed passport today, sent of the form, transferred out of holiday savings - so its now low at £20 but glad saved up and will soon build up again.

Emergency savings at nearly £200 :) Super pleased.

Extra money due is rest of ebay sales, some survey money, expenses due at the end of the month, so lots due in. All these extras are really helping and am achieving all targets so far.
