MSM and MSL are driving me crazy. I saw some yogurts on MSM to get cb. Did a list for sainsbugs and managed to get the list on my iphone. Went round the shop ticking off my shopping and now when I try to submit the receipt it is saying to add vouchers to get cb but there are no vouchers on the iphone msl app for the yogurts but on the MSM site it is still saying get 25% cb on these yogurts
Have emailed them but maybe someone here knows where Im going wrong

I have an elderly relative whose had a stroke and is finding cooking for himself difficult. He doesn't live close enough for us to visit that often, so I've been having a think what I can do. I made some beef in red wine yesterday and a big pan of mustard mash. I put the mash in a muffin tin, forked it into little peaks and put some parsley on and froze it, and I froze individual portions of the beef. I'm going to part cook some veg as well. My plan is to put all the frozen components for a meal in a clearly labelled bag, then he can just put them on a plate, defrost it if he wants then zap it in the microwave. Please can anybody spot a flaw in the plan, has anyone got any clever ideas as to how I could do it better or any good ideas for dishes suitable for an elderly person that freeze well? Thanks folks!

Shepherd's pie is a good one, my mother makes them and chucks them in those little foil dishes.

Edit: probably more suitable for an oven than microwaving though

Disappointed to have missed out on the bulbs :(
Has anyone done a handwash shop today? :)
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

Macaroni cheese freezes well, pasta bakes ,lamb hotpots, roast dinners, cauliflower cheese,I cook quite a lot for older people, they seem to like things that are easy to prepare, not spicy and easy to digest.
Salmon and fish pie if they like it,anything in sauce seems to freeze well and reheats easy.

Which means you need to order them HD or C&C to get the cb.

afternoon all A bit of info for anyone who applied for a M&S credit card I have just received an e mail with a £30 voucher (wine) attached to it Not bad for a £10 spend in store using the credit card and paying it off strait away and cutting up the card

Ooh, is there a minimum spend attached, or is it just a free £30 worth of wine?

I've had an email confirmation today to say my M&S current account application has been accepted and I should receive the forms in a few days. I've booked to do the annual 'Mum's birthday/Christmas present shop' with my dad at the end of this month, as November is quite busy, but I suspect that it's a bit optimistic to hope to have the M&S vouchers by then!
