Sadly scammers are not concerned about any personal issue's, or how their scams effect the victims, they are only interested in getting your cash by any means, Report saviepc to trading standards, action fraud police and consumer advice, all the telephone numbers are listed within this thread.0

Seems another dodgy website has appeared that is ripping off the design of the epc register to mislead customers – Can't post links but sites domain is epcregistered, you will find it from a google search
Whats interesting is that if you read their terms and conditions they are very similar to that of first choice and savi with threats of charging £250 if they don’t pay in time etc….
I wonder if this is also run by Chris Whatcott….0 -
If there's no phone number and only form of contact is through tickets on website then for sure.
Couldn't find it myself.0 -
As with us all im getting hassle from these companies mine is Savi EPC
Just to cheer you all up I sent a bogus EPC request to Savi to raise awareness of this scam that no one seems to be stopping using the Met Police Commissioners name and using Scotland Yards Address and guess what the Idiot sent him numerous of the increasing demands letter until he cottoned on :rotfl:
Hopefully they will get shut down soon but sadly they will probably start up the next day using a different name.0 -
Oh dear, I have started a request for an EPC with savi epc. com.
Yesterday I received a call from a different EPC company I'd requested a quote from, so told them I had decided to go with Savi (as cheaper). He suggested I do some research online so here I am!
I have not heard from anyone connected with Savi, so no appointment has been made and I am anxious to get going as my property is being marketed.
I tried their 'raise a ticket' link, but it does not seem to be working, so I emailed them asking for an assessor to call by 12:00 noon today or to 'unprocess' my order. I don't want to wait two weeks and not hear anything so am tempted now to go ahead with the second EPC company that have actually bothered to call me.
The email I sent was responded to by an automated email entitled Email not received ! Re: 1 - Order Assigned - Reference: EPC******.
They then go on to advise within the automated email to use the link to raise a ticket (which does not work).
What should I do now?
How can I cancel if I can't get hold of anyone and no-one contacts me? Does anyone actually get an EPC completed?
Or does it never get that far?0 -
8 days and no call yet. I have asked 'Action Fraud' for advice, and was told not to respond if they make contact.0

Same scam, same people - now operating as https://www.lowcostepc.com but their trading name is Savi. Currently disputing my so called additional alleged and no doubt escalating 'late charge' - and no epc! Thank you kev100 and everyone for all the information here.0
