Well, I'm really annoyed, no info, pamphlets ot anything, but they have taken the delivery charge. I phoned CPW today and they put me through to aol, after multiple options, put my phone number in, said it didn't recognise it, held for an operator and was on hold for ages so gave up.Will try again tomorrow but I fear they have got something wrong with me

Just had this email from AOL:
"On attempting to process your order, BT has notified us that it is not the provider of the line for telephone number 01*********. Unfortunately this means that we cannot complete your order for AOL Talk, as we require that you have a BT line.
If you placed an order for an AOL Internet service at the same time as your order for AOL Talk, we will continue to process this on your behalf unless we tell you otherwise. If you don't want us to do this, please call Member Services on the number below within 7 days of the date of this letter.
What you need to do
You are welcome to reorder AOL Talk. Should you wish to do so, you will first need to contact BT to change the provider of your line to BT. On doing so, we recommend that you take up their standard line rental package, which is currently BT Together Option 1. You can contact BT on 0800 800 150 to do this. Once your new BT phone line has been fully activated, you can visit AOL Keyword: AOL Talk to resubmit your order."
Anyone else having problems as my telephone line rental is through Post Office and I'm getting worried now?0 -

You must cancel the post office one mate, basically u cant have two telephone "add on's" on one line, just cancel post office so ur calls r thru BT then order aol cpw talk talk one!0 -
I got through to them today asking why they took the delivery charge but have not sent me anything since. They told me there was a problem with my order, so had to cancel and phoned me on the 13th (??) and have refunded my delivery charge. When I asked what I had to do now, the guy said just to resubmit my card details and I will have my stuff in 2 days!!??Checked my account and they have not refunded anything, so if they take the delivery charge again there will be trouble!0
