Hi,
Please put me down for £180 for October. Really skint this month so hoping to get it below. My month runs from the 25th Sept to the 24th October.Grocery challenge:December 2022 £151.96/£400 . Advent decluttering challenge 47/240.0 -
I've spent the day batch cooking soups & casseroles ready to freeze for my dad.
I've used up loads of bits & bobs of veg that were in the bottom of the freezer so now I know exactly what I need to buy.Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.0 -
Following my top up shop on Tuesday which came from the money I'd allowed for September on return from holiday I didn't need too much today. So 1st spend for October was £11.00/£250. Couldn't believe it came to exactly £11 - bet I couldn't do that again if I tried!

This made me think, its very rare that my bill comes out exactly to the pound but when I total I always round up or down because I hate adding up the pence .:rotfl:Slimming World at target0 -

Hi everyone. My budget is £250.00 again. Went £2.00 over in September so I am really going to try my best for this month. Might be away for a week at the half term but not sure so I'm just doing a normal budget. Hoping to finally get my costco membership this month but we'll have to see how it goes xMarch 2014 Grocery challenge £250.000

Hello
Please count me in again for this month although I will still be in September until 2nd October as I am working on 5 full weeks for September not pay day to pay day.
For October I would like to go for £260 or £65/week for 3rd to 30th October. This includes all food for humans and pets, toiletries, cleaning and laundry and household. Booze and anything medical have their own budgets.
My aim is to bring our grocery spends under an average of £60/week by the end of the year. August was £90, September is currently £64.86. Before August we were spending anywhere between £110 and £140:eek:
Today I am attempting my first ever gluten free tiramisu to be eaten after risotto tomorrow night whilst watching X Factor. It has become a tradition that every Saturday night whilst the show is running we have a different theme for dinner. So far we have had Thai, Indian and Mexican. We didn't even watch it last week but still had the themed food:rotfl:Save £10,500 - £2673.77 - 25.5%
Pay off £7000 - £1743 - 19.4%

Hi everyone, I'd like to join in this month please. Going to go for £150 for the month! No idea if that's realistic but I've got t start somewhere. We spend far to much picking up extra bits on the way home from work so going to try and do a menu plan to combat that. Will also be going through the freezer later too to see what's lurking!0
