Thank you Zippy, Bluegreen and Coxy for all the hard work and welcome Rosieben (thanks for additions)gollysmissus wrote: »Can't believe it but we've just become "Mortgage Free" thanks to MSE:money: Thank you so much to everyone on MSE for all ur help since 2004 when my husband was made redundant. He's had to work away since then but will be home in 3 weeks and we have managed to clear all debts and mortgage with ur help and advice.
The feeling is fantastic - we'll never be rich but we can have the champagne (well sparkling wine from Al*i of course!!) lifestyle and we know that family and friends are important.
It's taken 10 years but I have learned so much and hopefully passed a lot on to my kids. Thank you again:j:j:j
'Normal' month for me this month so please put me down for my reduced target of £200 as we have managed it and going to try again fingers crossedI'm still in September to the bitter end so be back later.

If anyone is interested to see if the recipes actually work you may like to take a peek at THIS thread, where I'm putting up pics/comments on the recipes that I cook out of Good and Cheap or From Scratch - a mini-challenge I have set for myself this monthI'm veggie, so i'm only doing the veggie ones, or substituting where I can.
