I think we can safely say there will be a deterioration at some time prior to May 2015 - in the overall quality of guests turning up at check in (unless of course the OP manages to get a transfer to some other accommodation more suited in which case there will be no change at all)

OP have you read lea2012's posts? She has provided a thorough explanation of the branding change. Or are you ignoring her posts because a) you're intentionally being difficult and b) all you are really interested in is getting some money back?

The holiday price for your week/s may now be 600 cheaper, but who knows, it could be 600 dearer before you go. Would you pay the extra if the price increased.

So in May, this hotel is suddenly going to undergo a change that will cause it to be instantly downgraded to a lower level. But until then, it's champion!

I gave you a feasible example of exactly why that could happen, you chose to ignore that.

Once again because you seem to have difficulty comprehending, just because a tour operator changes the brochure it chooses to put a hotel in does not mean anything has changed at the hotel. Do you think ALL the tour operators who ship people into that hotel have changed which brochure they put it in too?

And if it were something drastic that has already happened why haven't they changed the brochure with immediate effect, why do you think they are waiting until May?
