Has anyone completed Crota's End raid legitimately?0
-
Not spent long in there, think my group has had 2 proper raids, Xmas and all that means not much raiding going on.
Got through the pillars, done the bridge section, and got that wizard on the third section down to half health, but we were a little under leveled and geared generally. Most of the time I got smashed as soon as I lured a roaming Wizard out, by a Knight hidden round the corner.
I anticipate 2-3 weeks before we get it down.Professional Data Monkey

We still manage to meet every Tuesday to do - Weekly, Nightfall and a cheese of the raid.
We are all 31+ now. I am looking to get my second character up to level ASAP.0 -
Didn't even know there were ways to cheese the raid, it's not something I want to do, nor try to do.
I know of a couple people who spent more-or-less every day since release stuck on the bridge. In the end they cheated their way past it and then tried to claim it was an awesome accomplishment (or so I'm told from our Raid Leader, who is good friends with them). We spent 3-4 hours tops, just getting used to it, switching roles to see what works etc etc and got in down in at least a tenth of the time they spent wiping on it.
Me and the group I play with only ever raid legitimately, we don't feel there is any accomplishment or achievement to cheat a raid. We know we've earned our gear so far by practicing, teamwork and tweaking tactics.Professional Data Monkey

Completeley agree, but I have zero other friends and I don't really mind.
We do the first part (Thrall city) legit, but the other parts are all cheesed.0 -

Our first time doing the full raid tomorrow, it should be interesting!
I also have my second character to level 23 now, hopefully have him to 30 by the end of the week.0 -
In a grand total of 2 hours 30 minutes, the raid was completed legitimately. We got stuck on Crota as our level 32 could time his attacks quite right.
We could easily snip an hour off that.0 -
Right last night in four hours we did;
Full run of the Raid twice.
Completed the nightfall twice
Completed the weekly heroic twice.
Great progress.0 -
Got a Lvl 31 Warlock and i've never once done a VoG or a Crota raid...always wanted to do them but never had enough friends online at the same time to run through them
I'm on Xbox One and got 2 close friends who i always end up doing Nightfall Missions but we've always wanted to run through VoG etc0
