Well, approve or not, Mr de Savary appears to have his ducks in a row and, if you try to bilk at this car park, be prepared to pay heavily.

So above the actual loss then yes ? The fact is they can only claim the loss, which even at a full day rate is a few quid, even if you use the 40p tariff for 24 hours it comes to less than a tenner for the period. His unlawful penalty is more than 4 times that at the discount.

So tell why The Deep do you agree with this penalty from the esteemed scammer with pretty words ? Is it because you are swayed very easily by people with pretty words,, or do you have an ulterior motive here?

I have been noting your recent comments on various threads, and you have a Jekyll and Hyde character with this, you seem to change your mind with the wind, one moment you are advising, the next you are endorsing these vermin.

So please be honest here, what is your stand point on the parking companies and the people running them like this scammer. You know my stand point, no mercy and no discussion with these people until they are forced out of business.

Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Well Stroma, not all the scammers belong to the BPA, have a look at this

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2751982/Mondeo-driver-got-140-tickets-putting-car-disabled-bays-racks-14-000-bill.html

I own two flats in an unmanaged block, Most of the landlords are absentee and some of the tenants are antisocial and park wherever they want. When this happens I favour PPCs. However, when people park in their own spaces and are ticketed I am anti PPC.

Also, in my opinion bilking is theft. I have no sympathy for bilkers. They deserve a criminal record imo, not a paltry £100 slap on the wrist. Broadly, I support over-stayers, site leavers and line poachers, but am less favourably inclined towards BB Bandits and ticket flutterers.

I hope this explain my apparent inconsistencies?
