  • Hi all. No reading today unfortunately due to work and me being a bit lazy. I should have been out in the garden but I decided to lie on the couch instead.

Days 11 and 12 completed with nothing but satisfaction. I could really do with upping the fitness though as I have been really lazy last few weeks.

£2 spend today on food stuff so nothing major. Me and OH got an unexpected refund of £100 for. Something that happened months ago, were delighted.

Could do with there being no rain for a few days so the garden can clear up.

  • It's been exactly a month since we heard from you last, MrCF:(.

I hope you're OK and your long silence has been because you've been uber-busy with gardening; work; keeping fit; reading and generally enjoying the tail-end of the summer and not because you've been gambling and don't like to come on here and confess;).
  • I had noticed you have been "quiet" too - so how's things?

I'll second what Westie says :)

Please don't feel worried or ashamed about coming back....Lord knows I've made enough mistakes of my own to EVER judge anyone else on theirs....I think we just all want to know that you're okay and see if we can help with anything....or just be a supportive listening caring non-judgemental ear....

I hope you're okay hun xXx
  • That's very true, Helen:T

MrCF stayed away too long last time he had a bit of a backward step with his gambling. He didn't like to admit it to us but as you say, that's why we're here....to offer help, support and be non-judgemental.

I wish MSE forums and their lovely posters had been around back in the day when I made most of my life-changing mistakes:o
