Hi everyone was thinking about doing hampers to go with my in laws main presents. My DH is very good and we have a deal where I buy my family presents and he buys his. (Works out better for him) but I always feel I should contribute to his families a little more.
Anyway my SIL is a lecturer and thinking about doing up a survival kit for marking exams in January
So far I have thought of headache tablets, wine (glass size), gin (miniture), pens, bath bombs, sweets
But have ran out of ideas any help please???0 -

Dont know if its any help, but yesterday we were in Claires, they were having a sale (thou to be honest think sale is most of the time), but joking apart, all sale items that were reduced to £5 or less, now become 5 items for £5.
I brought selection of what felt like everything, - lunch bags, make up, make up brushes, phone cases, ear-buds, fluffy purses,
I spent £25 (25 items), the sale price should have been £87, proper price was £287.
Also The Works (again another sale most of the time shop), got microwave slippers £2, gloves that you dry your hair 99p, photo frame 49p, fleece cape £2.
Great for pamper hampers etc xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -

My brother likes fishing... It's his main hobby and I would like to make him a fishing themed hamper for Christmas. The problem is that he has fishing 'kit'in terms of rods, nets, tackle, bait etc. I was thinking about a hamper of useful thing s that he could take such as a flask, biscuits, handwipes, suncream, gloves etc
Has anyone got any other ideas??? Any help gratefully received....0 -

how about a nice smelly candle? Rescue Remedy or those cold gel pads to help with stress headaches (from Boots / chemists)0 -
I've change my 'girlie night hampers' a little after shopping yesterday.
I was going to get some pyjama's and slippers to put in the hampers but found some lovely fluffy throws in B&M for £8.99 so bought them instead (I love sitting on the sofa on a cold evening snuggled in a throw). There were loads of different colours and types but I got the silver grey ones with silver sparkles - very Christmassy!0 -
Went back in to B&M today (loving that shop!) and got three lovely lined hampers for £9.99 (varying sizes).
Going to try Poundland and Home Bargains next for more bits.
I'm finding creating the hampers all very exciting!0
